This is a comment for ike. Ike you are such a sweet sweet man and i love your vids man you are a awesome well rounded human being you alwayd have a smile on your big goofy face and your always so positive. Whenever i have a hard day i just watch a couple of your vids and it makes my day way better. Thank you for being you ike.
The go power sports people are awesome! Will make sure I visited them on a motorcycle trip. Thanks to them to letting us see their shop and giving the boys the shop to play in.
The predator engines are awesome but I feel like you guys have put them in just about everything by now haha. Hope to see some pit bike/4 stroke motors with gears some day!
man I miss it when u guys did like 30 min videos and shizz bring them back please I'm a huge fan and I miss those oh and do more stuff with lawnmowers lol that was the best
It's coming along very nicely guts. It might need some small bash bars on the sides. Just incase it's dropped on the high side just a thought the air filter is out pretty far. Awsome bike guys!!!
Hopefully the slime helps out. If I were going to do any serious off road riding, I would get better quality tires. I do not trust the tires that come stock on the Coleman at all. And you guys added a ton more weight to the bike.
Hey I also have the trailmaster mb 200 the full suspension mini bike and I notice there is an extra wire inside the headlight witch is really dim. Can you shed some light lol like is the un used wire another amp sorce from stator? Splice in to make light brighter???
Love my little red CT200U. plenty of power and the cargo racks are way better than the ex's little pocket. What are those other minibikes? The blue one is sexy AF.
im no expert, but when you were welding the 2 halves of the rack together, shouldnt you have made a bevel edge on the tube ends first? i know its not going to hold serious weight but the weld comes out better and is easier to clean up... either way love the build!
Tony Fleetwood haha you must be new here, almost everything they weld is questionable, but to answer your question, yes, beveled edges penetrate better than just butting up the edges and welding over them thats how my harley frames get welded when I either build a frame or throw on a hardtail
Tony Fleetwood same here, but youre barely questioning their welds? Lol their whole trike build had me cringing mainly because it down tube was made with galvanized pipe haha
i suppose you're right, but that was then this is now. back then i didnt question it because of the amateur status, but all these years later i suppose i expect better from them? meh. it'll be fine.
I need a rack like that for my baja warrior! I wonder if the Coleman 200 rack is a close enough fit that I can make it work because I don't have the tools to make one myself
Dude that thing is such a beast. I was thinking of swapping my 196 for a 212 but shit I might go for this now lol only difference I would do is I would take the fake gas tank off and mount a peanut tank on the frame
Great job guys, it's a beast for sure. Wondering if that 420 has a stator and a regulator to keep your new battery charged up? Also, how about a reminder to grab some of those chain links that y'all have been mentioning to grab from Gopowersports while you're there!
Your videos are good great job on all your bikes but I was just wondering instead of twist throttle you can use a break lever for gas throttle instead of twist type I use it on mine easier to pull than twist...Do u have to break in a mini bike or not have ct200u ex
That is by far the freaking coolest thing you guys have done. Sweet job. I need some help on my 71 Honda Odyssey restoration. Thinking about a 420 for it. If you're ever in the Saint Louis area, let me know, I got BBQ...:)
I was motivated to build one after I bought the exact minibike and engine...what exactly do I need as far as parts and everything to make this build work??? Your input is really appreciated?
I've thought the same thing since they started this project. I finally got to see a couple of these bikes at TSC and that's the way the bars are assembled from the factory. I assume it's done due to provide clearance between the fake gas tank and the grips.
I need some advice seeing as you guys have gone through it. I bought a ct200ex so I could get shocks and lighting. I've got stage 2/3 build already for the 212. I love speed but also enjoy trail riding. Would the 420 just be way to large to comfortably ride trails? What's your thoughts?
Isaac it'll be fine holy shit thank you so much! You guys are awesome! I'm thinking of making my own mini bike frame just so I can set it up with some suspension. Your frames are made of that same 3/4 pipe? And can you use conduit as the piping? And 1000 miles away? Are you in another country rn?
Jennifer Harris damn! I'm dumb. I used to live in both those states and I did not think from any point that it was over a thousand miles. That's crazy. I fucking love Texas though! Wooo. Hook em' horns!
could this be made as a street legal bike if the proper lights were put on . I'm just wondering what the titling process would be i know the bmv makes titles for customs by using the receipts and im wondering if this could be a cheap motorcycle option if people wanted a stubby bike with alot of power.
10:32 why do you cut off stuff like this?!?!?!?! would it not be much stronger to cut it all the way at the end and slip a pipe with the same inside diameter as the outside diameter of the existing peg and weld it the frame then slip the same sized pipe into the larger one and trip to whatever length you want and weld that. Overlap as often as possible for stressed members. It should hold up but it could be much stronger. other wise good job.
Mill the head for higher elevation. You will lose compression, you don't have the pressure pushing in through the carburetor to fill up the combustion chamber.
As a welder, watching these guys weld is nails in a chalkboard.

That bike is looking fantastic Guys a huge well done
And we can't forget Thank you go Power Sports can we?
Thanks!
Colorado + Grown Men + Mini Bike = RL Dumb and Dumber! On a real note, Loving the build vids!
my local moped crew built a near-perfect replica of the dumb and dumber minibike for a show this summer
🤘 REPS!!!
Y'all should have gopowersports sell that rear rack. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Boss Hoss of mini bikes
Wow that electric start really changed the game, hella impressed.. might do this on a baja warrior.. (now it's called Massimo warrior)
The predator engines are awesome but I feel like you guys have put them in just about everything by now haha. Hope to see some pit bike/4 stroke motors with gears some day!
Me too, love the mini bike and quad stuff etc, pit bikes would be cool :)
I know this comment was four years ago lol, but I'd like to see a duro max 420cc in one of these. They make even more power and look cooler as well
man I miss it when u guys did like 30 min videos and shizz bring them back please I'm a huge fan and I miss those oh and do more stuff with lawnmowers lol that was the best
I love that all the space in the frame is used it makes it look so good great job guys
Thanks Go Power Sports!
It's amazing what u can accomplish in a shop with everything u could possibly want ..... Great job guys .🤘😁🤘
Best build so far!!! Love it! Wish I had one
thanks
Why did you guys put slime in brand new tires? Just curious
They can leak, even when new. Unlikely, but we didn't want to take the chance in the wilderness 30 miles from a air pump.
That makes sense
It's been cool to watch you guys, especially John's, skills improve over time. Impressive, keep it up!
Sweeet! A Special Forces' airliftable assault minibike.
Happy Birthday Ike
thanks
It's coming along very nicely guts. It might need some small bash bars on the sides. Just incase it's dropped on the high side just a thought the air filter is out pretty far. Awsome bike guys!!!
Thank GOD for Dave!!!!!
That looks beautiful!!
That's a nice bike. Even more now with the mods you have done!
U should talk to go power sports about developing a Kevlar belt for the tav so that you can go threw water without ruining the belt every time
I love watching you guys
Hopefully the slime helps out. If I were going to do any serious off road riding, I would get better quality tires. I do not trust the tires that come stock on the Coleman at all. And you guys added a ton more weight to the bike.
Haven't seen a single one of them in action. But love them all already. Outta be a blast to ride.
Bad ass build guys. Great job. Looks like a show bike
How did you guys vent the gas cap with that filter?
Male screw fitting to a nipple, fuel hose, then the filter with its nipple
JARR head thanks
Ike looks like Ricky Bobby. "If you ain't first your last"
I wold like to hang out with y’all and learn some more mechanics skills u r the best mechanic I know I Watch y’all all the time
hang some army webbing pouches from the luggage rack for extra storage, nice bike!
thanks
Good job guys I want to do that to my ct200u-a it looks sick
Nice vid, now back to the Vintage Mower! (Rugg Mower)
Love the built
It will be finee
Put exhaust heat wrap on the header so you won't burn your leg
Like that does anything lol. The exhaust is still gonna be hot as hell
@@humpday2267 im not even going to waste my time arguing about this. It's a 3 year old comment bro. Exhaust wrap definitely helps and you are wrong.
@@kyfiss9176 it might help but it’s not like you won’t get burnt if you touch a heat wrapped hot ass exhaust. Just saying dude lol
Quality rack. 10/10 would bang. Down a dirt road
Real men of GENIUS!
Hey I also have the trailmaster mb 200 the full suspension mini bike and I notice there is an extra wire inside the headlight witch is really dim. Can you shed some light lol like is the un used wire another amp sorce from stator? Splice in to make light brighter???
The trailmaster
kenneth pauli "shed some LIGHT" I see what you did there lol
ISS THE 420 BIKE!!! 🌴
Love the video badass mini bikes
thanks
Love my little red CT200U. plenty of power and the cargo racks are way better than the ex's little pocket. What are those other minibikes? The blue one is sexy AF.
Dead Baron yeah it's nice
The blue one
"Trailmaster MB200-2" Can get for about 749 bucks.
trailmaster. its awesome!

I need a rack like that for my baja warrior! I wonder if the Coleman 200 rack is a close enough fit that I can make it work because I don't have the tools to make one myself
What is a tillitson carb and can you do an install video on one
I think we did a vid on it but it hasn't been uploaded yet
Dude that thing is such a beast. I was thinking of swapping my 196 for a 212 but shit I might go for this now lol only difference I would do is I would take the fake gas tank off and mount a peanut tank on the frame
Plasma cutting super close to the gas tank, it'll be fine
Great job guys, it's a beast for sure. Wondering if that 420 has a stator and a regulator to keep your new battery charged up? Also, how about a reminder to grab some of those chain links that y'all have been mentioning to grab from Gopowersports while you're there!

Looks like it would be a blast to ride. Hows it handel with the weight
it handles well
Question: How are you powering the light? Srictly off the battery or does the motor produce current to for electrical systems?
Isaac, the tip of that plasma torch IS NOT A HAMMER!
_I'believe I'have faith in you guys!_
That is by far the freaking coolest thing you guys have done. Sweet job. I need some help on my 71 Honda Odyssey restoration. Thinking about a 420 for it. If you're ever in the Saint Louis area, let me know, I got BBQ...:)
Been watching yall for a couple of years now. But this video series makes you guys look like rockies all over again lol
SCRAMBLE
Rookies *
"What do you mean shrug." Nice
lol
I was motivated to build one after I bought the exact minibike and engine...what exactly do I need as far as parts and everything to make this build work??? Your input is really appreciated?
Drinking game: Drink a shot everytime they say "itll be fine" or "its fine"
Curtis Wilson i’m now drunk
Or testing reasons only
love your videos guys..........new to mini bikes.......my son and i would like to mod our baja mini bikes....soon
I love your video. I need that
CarsandCameras what make and model are those other mini bikes and where might the public be able to get one from? Thanks guys!!
the red and blue one with shocks are trail masters from gopowersports. the colemans I'm not sure if they sell them or tractor supply.
Isaac it'll be fine awesome thanks man I appreciate it
I’m doing this swap but I need pointers on a few things !
Just curious, why the tire slime on new tires ? Badass 420, love the mods !
It would be nice if you can make it street legal
that's not that hard in the USA
randall Turner they just need to add turn lights and stop light and it's ready to register
Nangjelovski they don't even need turn signals, they can just use the hand signals they teach you.
Seth K it's not before 1973 they need to have turn signals
victor trout nope. I have a Baja warrior with a headlight, tail light, brake light and turn signals
Ike's got a Buell? Would love to see it in a video.
Have you guys ever even considered attempting to build a 70's style ultralight plane with a pred 420?
Is it just the angel or are the hangers on backwards on the 420?
The handlebars on the 420 look like there on backwards?
lol. I think they were. tractor supply had it
I've thought the same thing since they started this project. I finally got to see a couple of these bikes at TSC and that's the way the bars are assembled from the factory. I assume it's done due to provide clearance between the fake gas tank and the grips.
"im not throwing my burger"
"go faster"
lol
Could have added a small gusset from the foot peg extension to the vertical upright on the frame.
Loving the bike it. Stafting to look stock now lol anyways i think you guys should do a race at a oval track with the race karts
😂😂😂😂😂. Educational and entertaining. Thanks.
does the motor run on THC🤣
I run on THC
@@509ryan same lmfao
Lol
Wow almost a month watching a mini bike that is already done and we have haven't even seen it go off-roading yet
Will it work the same way with a 420CC 15 HP 4 Stroke from Amazon
I need some advice seeing as you guys have gone through it. I bought a ct200ex so I could get shocks and lighting. I've got stage 2/3 build already for the 212. I love speed but also enjoy trail riding. Would the 420 just be way to large to comfortably ride trails? What's your thoughts?
Isn't the battery gonna get cover with shit when the rear tire rotates?
it didn't.we rode 100 miles threw the mountains in the dirt and mud and it looked pretty good afterwards
Did you see big foot or any wild women?
Heat shield or glass wrap that exhaust or you're gonna brand yourself.
you all need to make a complete parts list of what was used and prices so we poor folks can get an idea of costs.
Can you comment on the brand and paint code for the touch up paint for the frame.
What paint did you use? been trying to find some to match my camo coleman.
Add a brace from the down tube to the spacer
4:20 babyyyy
You guys really need to make a manual transmission that can fit on a 212
Is that 3/4" pipe or 1/2" inch that you're welding? I need to know!
I think it is 3/4. I'm not 100% sure because it is 1000 miles from me at the moment
Tate Dillard gps is in Texas and they're in Colorado right now which is actually over 1000 miles
Jennifer Harris damn! I'm dumb. I used to live in both those states and I did not think from any point that it was over a thousand miles. That's crazy. I fucking love Texas though! Wooo. Hook em' horns!
Tate Dillard lol na ur not dumb I agree 1000 miles sound like alot but it's true

nice build!
Great videos! Hey... running into the foot peg problem with my build. Where did you source those spacers?
funniest part of that with the buell blast is that this 420 is only 72cc smaller than the blast
Tier slime trick step on the bottle and it goes in fast and easy 👌
What kind of panit did u guys use for the rack
Always disconnect the battery mate b4 you weld!!
you guys are awsome
I’m about to build mines the exact same way. They built that mini bike into a mini Harley 🤣🤣🤣
Duude thats so sick, it loks like a Honda Monkey z50j on stereoids xD
You guys should build a high performance Rokon.
Time for some boots John. lol
Mill the head for higher elevation. You will lose compression, you don't have the pressure pushing in through the carburetor to fill up the combustion chamber.
What was the brand of cutting blade on the grinder
Will a 420cc fit in a coleman ct200u i heard it will fit if you move the gas tank, air filter, muffler. But im curious if anyone has done it
