The thing of it is, you WILL see us on the other side. And we'll see you-and Angelica, Ted, Dexter, Bear and the shadow of Mr. AMR-as you make your way there. I'm excited for the Family AMR, but for you in particular, Ruth. Nothing kicks creativity into high gear quite like new surroundings. I've followed along since you launched AMR; from your first apartment, your online debut, Mr. Bear's debut, Dexter's debut, new homes, new kids, renovated homes, moving like gypsies every month or so while pregnant with Angelica (and while she was a newborn) when the renovations were ongoing...from one nomad to another, you have always bloomed where you've planted yourself. It'll be great.😘😘😎‼️👍

I love Bath. It's my favourite city! I only live about 30 minutes away but it'd love to live there. Best of luck on your move! Hope it goes as smoothly as it can with the little ones.
You are brave. I have been in the same house for about 37 years. I will probably be buried in the backyard!!!
I e been in my home 30 yrs and hope I can afford to stay here once retired - grandchildren round the corner !

These are--I promise--lovely qualities, true strengths; and I'll bet anything that your curiosity and savviness will pull you all through this time. It must be so scary and bittersweet. Just, please don't doubt the pith of who you are. Your readers and viewers follow your work because we respect you for your intelligence, honesty and your quirkiness. It's completely lovable to be quirky; it's these uniquenesses that we love in our friends, our family. You're in the middle of this chapter, so you don't know where you'll end up and that's a scary place to be. But you guys will land on your collective feet. It's a new adventure! New people to meet, new experiences to enrich your one-life-on-this-planet. Feeling scared is understandable... just, please don't doubt your character or your tenacity. Oh my darling Ruth don't fret about this new adventure for your family. Your young and right now is the best time in your life to take a chance on moving. I'm reminded when you were doing the remodeling and how excited you were to show us. Now you'll get to have all that excitement once again. Your to beautiful children will have memories of how creative Mommie was, and this will be a hapoy time for them as well. Your teaching them to reach for their dreams, and most importantly to not be afraid to take a chance. Big hugs to all of you. I'll be right here waiting for the process to begin.

Bath is lovely and Bristol is just up the road, you will love Clifton. Glastonbury is 30 mins away too, the 3 sit in a handy triangle. Frome is cute, Cheddar Gorge and caves at Wookey Hole, say hellob to Somerset from me, I love it!. Forest of Dean, owls and deer. Festivals, tribes, cute shops, you have such a good time ahead of you xxx

You're stone mad 😂 and so am I... I have sale agreed on our house and haven't even started building the new house 😲😲😲 a 1 year old, a 2 year old, a workaholic husband, 2 golden retrievers, a job and a bit of a hoarding situation... HEEEELLLLPPP 😂😂😂

Good luck with the move, you're going on an adventure. How exciting! Give Bath a go, remember you can move back to London if you want, it's not permanent. It takes a lot of courage to make big changes. I'm glad you're going for it Ruth! Such an inspiration.
Bath will be lovely to experience. Also, we just recently upped our family and moved 250 miles from London to Liverpool and it's the best decision we've ever made. The family friendliness and the nature and the OCEAN and everything is just so amazing. You've still got everything on your door step, just slightly smaller scale.
Be brave, you need to live while you're alive. This will be okay, better than okay!

Snap! My seller did exactly the same to me 8 month ago. I'm now living in rented. Once you get over the shock you realise that this gives you opportunities to make any decision you want to make for the family. I'm now seeing how the market looks and waiting till next year to buy. You'll be fine Ruth because you are you. A creative and energetic force of nature. Best wishes and looking forward to the vlogs. Xx

Exciting ! You will be just fine, if you like to be busy and active you'll be brilliant at coping with chaos. Your emotions just show you that, it's tears of excitement ! (Maybe with a touch of fear just to keep you grounded !) It's an adventure and you'll be in the right house at the end of it all, it must have felt bloomin' dreadful when the house fell through but it may not have be 'the one' - I've had disappointments like that and now I live in rural France after living in London all my life ! Would love to see you vlog the move and the experience if you have time. Big huge virtual hugs to you, TTFN !! XX

Hi Ruth, just watched your video and I can relate so much to how you are feeling! My partner and I recently moved into a house in the summer. We were so excited but things didn't go to plan and we ended up in a similar position having to consider temporary accommodation as we had sold our property. The main thing is that you will all be together no matter where you go and to see it as an adventure. Make sure you look after yourself and take some time to breathe and relax when you can! It will all be okay! X

Oh Ruth....I choked up watching you choking up. Life is exciting isn't it? My husband and I are trying to take a leap of faith and move 1500 miles away so I would love you to vlog your journey. I am like you and like the controlled chaos of projects and plans. It makes sure that we never are accused of being boring. 😘

You're an absolute gem and life will sort itself. I remember being on the edge of my seat through all the emotions when you were pregnant with baby Angelica and building your dream house - staying in the B&B place, and then staying at your mums house - always not knowing quite when you'd be moving, with the plan always being before the birth! But it worked and we all survived (me, only just! All this living vicariously business is stressful!). Good luck! Have a blast 😘

I find that whenever I am really upset about leaving a place or relationship, the outcome has always been for the better and it has given me amazing personal growth, because despite to heart-wrenching you feel by leaving, you know you just have to do it because your heart is telling you there is something more for you. It can be a tough lesson but with amazing, soul-fulfilling results. I wish you all an amazing journey on your new path and would love for you to vlog if you feel inclined. Aww Ruth I really felt for you in this video. We have family living in Somerset and it's so so beautiful . It's an adventure -who wants a boring life ? You would never have done this if you'd sat and weighed the pros and cons, so go with the flow , embrace it!

I can so relate...I moved from a home I loved in a state I adored (Florida~leaving family behind) to Texas (my home state~leaving even more family) and then to a state I've never even been to (Alabama~no family)...all this in TWO years time. You can do it, and it will all be okay once you get there. The hardest part is the waiting and anticipating the goodbyes...it's the worst! Once you get to your new place and get settled, you will see...with a happy attitude you will end up wondering why you were so upset in the first place. Hope this helps!
