Really great podcast. I don't work in the music industry, but I was a raver from 90 onwards, and I find it amazing anyone survived the 90s. Massive respect to anyone who works in this crazy industry. It's easy for us clubbers to view artists as almost indestructible. But you are human like the rest of us. And drum and bass artists are just as vulnerable to experience mental health issues. Massive respect for bringing it front of mind and the conversation. Big love to you and the team behind you.

Great topic to cover and also a very important one. Speaking as someone who has gone through the experience of mental health issues and come out the other side, this was very much needed.
Thank you Jumping Jack Frost, Doc Scott, Mampi Swift and Friction.

In this social media age it is so crucial
that artists and others continue to have these candid and honest conversations.
If anyone watching this is affected by any of the mental health issues raised I have no doubt this can save lives... Respect to you all

I have taken so much from this. I'm four weeks into recovery and I reached out for help a month ago for the first time with genuine intentions to better myself so coming from influences like yourself is so much more positive than the cbt group that Im also committed too.
Everything you all touched on is so relatable and very positive with solutions. Great great stuff thankyou

Great to hear so much honesty from 4 DnB pioneers, it really helps others to reach out who may be in that dark place. Blessed to have also come out of the other side and helping others. We’re the lucky ones 🙏🏻💙

Great chat guys, very relevant to me. 4 years ago I stopped djing cos I wasn’t enjoying it anymore and hated my role in the scene. Still not the same now & haven’t recovered. Over 12 yrs of hard grind down the drain. You guys up the top are lucky you have the weight to survive & make a come back a lot easier than someone further down the pecking order. Lockdown has atleast given me the time to focus on music uninterrupted, so at least I’ve put a few releases out. Big up guys 🙏🏼❤️
