That last part shows only conc in last solution.for total percentage of para and ibu in label claim you have to do back calculation keeping dilution series in mind

Sir can I get lambda max of samples from 100 ppm solutions

Yes. But if not use less conc solution as absorbance may be to High for 100 pmm

For finding lambda max , 10ppm conc. Is necessary or we can find lambda max of sample at above 30 or so on
Because absorbance at 10- 30 ppm shows negative readings

select maximum conc solution.readings are coming negative means your solvent system is not correct.or baseline is not correct
