- LOD(Limit of Detection):The detection limit of an individual analytical procedure is the lowest amount of analyte in sample which can be detected but not necessarily quantitated as an exact value.
LOQ(Limit of Quantitation):The quantitation limit of an individual analytical procedure is the lowest amount of analyte in a sample which can be quantitatively determined with suitable precision and accuracy.
sir, on what basis you have taken conc range from 0.1 -0.6 ppm?,and can we follow the same conc range for all drugs ?
It's just demo.follow as per your teacher suggestion actually no such guidelines are given
Follow ich Q3D guidline,..conc range on the basis of give limit by ich guidline ,..if As limit 1.5 ppm ,..so what is ur 100 %,..
Limit*wt/ dilution,.consider ,.
As limit 1.5 ppm ,.taken wt 0.5gm n dilution in 10 ml ,.so
1.5*0.5/10= 0.075 is ur 100%
Why we don't obtain the same results if we use linear regression from data analysis

Hello Sir, please explain that for GC or HPLC method validation, how it is decided to prepare what levels concentrations for LOD & LOQ? what is determined first, LOD or LOQ? Please make it understand with example...🙏
refer ICH guidelines for it.
@@vikrantdhamak1754 Sir, I want to get it understand with example. By referring guideline, it is not clear...
Please give a video on CC alpha and CC beta
i will try it
Plz tell me the lower & higher limit of LOQ&LOD values sir
refer IP
Can you please add some reference for valudation of this method?
It's just demo how can you do it.
How to calculate Method detection limit and how it different from LOQ and LOD
I don't know exactly
Sir explain us accuracy calculations also
yes video is same playlist
Y can't u post the video of complete uv project

Sir we require residual standard deviation, not standard deviation kindly ensure and remake video 👎
ok
