Perfect explanation, will help us to choose right column while method development 👏
Good explanation about compound interactions with the columns. Thank you
Your videos are damn handy. Great work sir.
Very nice explanation with good examples 👍
Useful information, please keep going on ......Thank you
Thank you very much sir for your outstanding explanation
Very nice and make one video with hillic column with example
Excellent explanation.
Very informative presentation
Why using octylamine as HPLC mobile phase in sodium nitrate content
Good Explanation sir.
Do you have a video on the peak area formula?
This presentation is very useful, but I have one question in example-1 , even prednisone also having OH group, it can also form hydrogen bond with amide column, but u Said prednisolone will form hydrogen bonding with amide column, can you please give me clarity
Thank you so much sir
How to seperate isosorbide 2-mononitrate and isosorbide 5-mononitrate....isomerse
Thanks you so much
Make video on HPLC calibration 🔥🔥
Thanks 🙏
Good information sir
Very Nice Presentation sir,💐
What is the main role of Endcaping reagent in column?
To avoid secondary interaction of analyte with ionized silanol groups
Thanks sir and👌👌
Very Very nice 👌 sir.
I am daily watching video
I have a doubt sir what is landan dispersion
Hello sir. My sample is HCl salt of Amine, while doing HPLC developement it is coming in void. Can you help for this issue. How can I retain longer my sample peak.
It looks like your compound is polar. Go for polar columns like amino or diol. If this doesn't work- ion pairing can be a last resort...
Put more examples a bout this topic sir pls
What's effect of RT when mobile phase highly polar and why
Early elution bcoz highly polar compound first
We need system startup procedure slide also sir
Sir plz refer some good book
Sir,If possible speak in Hindi.
be careful, there are so many mistakes in this video
What are the mistakes
