I have followed you both for some time. This was a stupendous episode. I am a committed Christian, and I have nothing but respect for Dennis and Julie both ( I have Dennis' Bible commentaries, which I enjoy immensely) . Very important topics we're brought forward and dealt with in a beautiful way. Very moving. My family and I continue to pray for Dennis. I am glad to hear that Dennis is fighting the trauma with optimism, humor, and divine dignity. Suffering reminds us that we are alive. How one reacts to suffering exposes one's true character. I selfishly want to witness his recovery. ❤😊

OK everybody, as an OG D & J listener, here is my 2 cents: Dennis Prager listeners unanimously agree that Dennis is the definitive voice for Good in our time; he is the Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi for the 21st century. Please, somebody, have a recording devise on-the-ready when he speaks his first words following his rehabilitation. We ALL want to hear it!!! Good choice, Julie, on selecting this Judaism and Christianity episode for a Best of Replay ... it is Timeless. Now, Julie is too modest to acknowledge the following, but it must be said. Jedi Master Dennis's protege, Miss Julie, is a Force For Good in her own right; she goes head-to-head, issue-by-issue right along side the Master. Her clear and regulated thinking matches the Master's. Her argumentation on Moral Issues is Timeless. Her generosity of spirit and firmness of character is awe inspiring. Wow. My reservoir of superlative adjectives gets drained trying to accurately describe her persuasive impact. Her combination of quirky, funny and cleaver (evident repeatedly on Timeless) and deep, thoughtful (full of thought) and interrogative comments (evident repeatedly on D & J) qualifies her as a Rare One. She is a remarkable human being; a remarkable woman. If Salt Lake City (where I live) could cultivate a population of single women of Julie's caliber, the corresponding population of bachelors would decline precipitously ... including me. Plus, I liked her understated casual portrait of her dad, sister and bro-in-law in the backyard which she posted on Instagram. OK, enough about Julie. Godspeed Obi-Wan Prager in your recovery; and please, somebody position that microphone and cue up that recorder for Dennis's first words.
Julie, i started listening and i noticed you haven't been saying, "Shalom" in the last few episodes. and i missed it. Then the first "best of" clip, has you starting out saying, "Shalom!". LOL
Why can't he type or write? I wish and pray for a complete recovery! I kind of know what he's going thru. I've had 3 strokes and the third stroke took my sense of balancesnd I cannot not walk without a walker. For 3 years I havr been exercising and going thru rehabilitation to learn to walk again. Its very aggravating to be limited from doing things one use to do so easily. I'm sure it has been aggravating to him but we try not to let it show. It's just easier on us not let it get to us. I have to re-train a different part of my brain to take over my sense of balance. So my heart goes out to him. Let me tell you he needs his family, friends, and fans now more than ever! YOU GUYS ARE HIS SUPPORT GROUP. I wish I had a support group as large and dedcated as Dennis does. Its really harder without a support group, which I lack much of. Stay strong for Dennis.❤
I am Jew and would like to pray for dennis can you possibly get his Hebrew name? Traditionally we use the person's hebrew name when praying for them. And G-d bless you julie!

Isn’t there someone in the deaf/hard of hearing community who could help Dennis communicate? There are many people who are proficient at reading lips.

He's paralyzed from the neck down. He had a bad fall.
