      Thank you! We've actually recently redone the review including the extension kit, which we would really recommend you to watch as well:) Thanks for your comment and hope you enjoy your workouts on this bar!

      @@CalisthenicsWorldwide Thanks for coming back to me, I'm watching it now! Can I ask what is the height of the bag with all the kit (minus the extension one)? I want to see if I can hide it under a bed when it's in the bag

    Super nice review! So nice to see the assembly (almost) real time. And all the details on how to carry, what exercises are good/bad and so on is very thoughtful. Thanks for a great review!

    Can you leave it outside in the rain? I want one for the garden but am not allowed to build a fixed bar so this is the next best thing

    Seems like they have significantly increased the shipping cost. I remember I was trying to buy this pull up bar maybe 6 months ago and the shipping cost was not so bad. Now it was 99, which is way too expensive.

      Seriously?😮 that’s waaaaay too much indeed😕

      @@CalisthenicsWorldwide I even compared another item which I bought this year in March. Back then the shipping was £5.90 to my area, now shipping for the same item is 47.95€. I asked customer support what's up with these prices and they said that the courier has increased their shipping rates in my location :/ I live in Nordic country. Hopefully they will lower the shipping costs because I really want this pull up bar

    Could you attach a TRX to this? Looks perfect … good review Tnx

      Hey Robin, not really. Unless you do exercises with a downward force instead of to the side. You could use rings for this as well, so you can do muscle ups💪 thanks!🙏

    Can I know how you unfold this material?

    • @CalisthenicsWorldwide
      @CalisthenicsWorldwide  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you watch the video you can see how to set it up; unfolding it would be the reverse of that proces!👌

    Hey guys! Have you tried doing ring rows with this rack???

    • @CalisthenicsWorldwide
      @CalisthenicsWorldwide  หลายเดือนก่อน

      At 3:55 you can see us try it out. It kinda works since you can put your feet on the bottom part of the wrack, but in general exercises to the side are not ideal!😮

    • @samadhasan5888
      @samadhasan5888 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ahhh thanks for that........I'm on the hunt for a strong bar/setup that I can do weighted ring rows with. Would the telescopic doorway pull up bar be a better option??

    • @CalisthenicsWorldwide
      @CalisthenicsWorldwide  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@samadhasan5888 for sure if you want to be doing them in between your door! Maybe you can do them on the Eric Flag pull up bar, which we reviewed? Maybe it’s a good idea then to put your feet on a chair or something?🤔

    Can you do banded planche tucks, muscles, and front levers?

    • @CalisthenicsWorldwide
      @CalisthenicsWorldwide  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You for sure can! Preferably with parallettes below the bar for planche! With muscles you mean muscle ups? For that we would prefer the low set up for more stability, but also surely doable👌

    Does the bar shake too much when used?

    • @CalisthenicsWorldwide
      @CalisthenicsWorldwide  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Freestanding pull up bars always shake a little and for the price this one is definitely stable enough for your workouts. There are more stable bars though, but those are usually quite expensive.🤔

    • @oscarllywelyn
      @oscarllywelyn 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@CalisthenicsWorldwide yeah, I might get a stronger one. Would you feel safe doing muscle ups on this bar because that's what I'm trying to build up to eventually? Thanks for responding so fast btw :)

    Does it ship to the US?

    • @CalisthenicsWorldwide
      @CalisthenicsWorldwide  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes they do! On their website there’s an option to switch to the international shop (instead of Europe or UK) and at check out you can select the US for shipping👍 hope that helps!👌
