Good work! I didn’t think you could get through the whole last section without taking at least one hit! I always got the achievement by going via the locker secret tunnel and also picking up all that ammo in the same room.
My advice for anyone watching this trying to get the achievement is that you have more time than you think. When you know the route, it’s actually quite a generous time limit.

How do you walk with the reticle out?

I'm playing on xbox and it's just holding the left trigger for me. If you're on switch you can check your controller settings by bringing up the watch, going 2 screens to the right and looking for the "aim" button for your given layout. Just hold that button as you walk.

lol this isn’t a speed run. You can strafe run through the doors with Alec and run past half the enemies in this level. This is a walkthrough.
