    There's nothing better than starting the day with an exercise routine! This helps our metabolism work better, allowing our bodies to burn unhealthy fats faster. Furthermore, exercising in the early hours of the day fills our bodies with energy and well-being, making daily tasks seem lighter and easier to accomplish. This routine is a mix of crossing the midline and bilateral exercises done at higher repetitions, and all have a flexibility component.
