  • A super quick morning workout for kids to perk up their muscles!!
    This routine starts with 4 warm-up exercises followed by low-impact standing and mat exercises. There are no jumps and no repeats, so the little ones won't get bored or even tired! It's a fun way to start the day and keep our kids full of energy and in the mood!!
