This is brilliant man.Instead of trying to include quests and bad voiced npcs modders often destroy the mods.You knew your limits and made an absolutely beautiful location for explorers like me. Plus... Music is bloody beautiful.

For once I wish there was a elder scrolls game or mod to explore and have quests in valenwood or marshlands
Check out Beyond Skyrim. It is a mod that is still in progress. So far, they have a mod where you can visit and quest in Bruma (located in Cyrodil).

Where would this place be on a Tamriel map? I personally would say north of Sheogorad or Solstheim.
Will there be a console port soon?
is there a main story line or voiced npcs?
No, but there are sort of unmarked quests that you can do reading notes and journals, finding treasures etc.
