Wood elves use leather and bones armour, because working metal requires fire and burning trees which they are sworn to protect, and layered clothing besides silk would require them to break their Green pact as well.

I understand we don't have a journal we can write in as the player, I was simply pointing out that the character, which if you listen he says THE DRAGONBORN implying us as the character not just the player, doesn't have a journal. Stop being an ass over a harmless comment dude, and maybe grow up a little and stop using playground tactics like name calling to get your point across. Respectable people don't need to degrade others to prove their point.

Wow, so much pessimism.... Let's not forget that they gave you the tools to make your own fun in their games, something that almost every other game has forgotten, cause of microtransaction. Oh, and Fallout 76 is garbage not because of the bugs or lack of content, but because it is Multiplayer..... (shivers)!!

Also fallout 76 is a bad game for a lot of reasons, the multiplayer is new for Bethesda and they just rushed it out instead of taking time, the bugs are the worst they've had, and some have carried over from previous game, and the game play is bland and broken If you want us to be optimistic, then Bethesda needs to give us a reason to be. the reason so many people are annoyed, is because this game is the tipping point, and with our rose-tinted glasses freshly ripped off we can greater scrutenize the previous games.

Don't get me wrong, a lot of their games are fun, I just got into Skyrim back in 2017, it was my first game of theirs, and I was excited to see what was to come, but after fallout 76, and everything that went wrong with it, I can't really defend them, and am very skeptical about their future, I hope they can fix their issues, but I kinda doubt it if E3 2019 is any indication.
I think a good idea for the journal would be for them to develop custom passages for everything; completed quests, people you meet and the information you find out about them, and the creatures and plants and important locations, and then have the information added dynamically, as you discover it. Examples: 1)When you complete a quest, you can open your inventory and go to the journal and see a new passage about the quest. 2) after you interact or talk with a person you can go to the journal and see a picture with their name and other information you know about them and then when you discover more, it's added. 3) when you discover a new location, it gives you an airial photo or little map of the area. Along with any other important information about the town you find out.
I absolutely LOVE this series. I love Skyrim mod videos in general. Skyrim is my drug!! I could honestly careless if TES VI ever releases. As long as they keep modding Skyrim. I just finished my mod list. 258 mods. However, I plan to merge some plug-ins and add a some more. Keep up the great work Nate!!!

Player journal is indeed must-have item. I still remember writing a journal in small section of subway station after day-long struggle through Capital Wasteland. I hope Bethesda adds player journal system for future Fallout and Elder Scrolls games.
Had Skyrim in 2011. Then not played it since. I bought it on Switch then a year ago on PS4. Sold both systems and bought a PC. I didn't know anything about mods. I found a tiny detail this morning. Normally when you first visit Solitude, the execution of the guard who let Ulfric leave happens, If howeveryou don’t visit Solitude prior to attacking with the StormCloaks, after you visit again you can radiantly here a guard say “it’s a shame we didn’t get here in time to stop the execution”.
I downloaded The Cataclysm. I just finished off the first boss. If I didn't have a mod to ignore carry weight I'd never be able to have enough potions to get through it. It's as close to Dark Souls as I think Skyrim can get. Excellent mod. Highly recommended.
HOLY CRAP I just realized something one of the mods he mentions talks about sending you forward in time and to the void. And ya know how Cicero says “is there singing in the void? Dancing?” It would be so cool if there is a skeleton dancing in the corner or something. Omg
Hey Nate I know there is a slim chance you'll actually see this, but in a recent playthrough on the vanilla game I found a tiny detail I haven't heard you mention before. It's at the place with the word wall on top of the tower it's an abandoned bandit camp but it's not abandoned when the dragon was resurrected he killed all the bandits

ES 6 should have an illegal telepathy spell that allows you to find out secrets about your enemy and use against them in quests, or in some very rare cases they have that journal, I believe it would add a fresh immersive feel to detective work, or even simple things like finding a bandit's stored away loot
Epic Nate I picked up Arrisa the wandering rouge and also downloaded teammate lockpicking assistance and ported then both to SE. I never played Arrisa before but it’s made by Chesko so I was down to try it. So far I am loving it. She is now my Go To their. Can’t wait to try it with indigo as well. Also I did an NPC visual transfer for arrisa to update her looks and it’s amazing how she turned out.
Honestly the khajiit armor set is really cool cause to me it gives off a sort of mixture of indian, as well as Native with a sprinkle of Chinese (the helmet) themes, which makes it very unique but also have real world ties
I actually wish they did a separate mesh for some armors for the different races. Thinking of an argonian with horns you'd want their horns to be seen and not be cut off when putting on a dwarven helmet or something. Sure those were made for the dwarves specifically but some of not all of us have a certain armor they'd like to wear

The Final Cataclysm mod looks cool. Does it make Skyrim and what we are familiar with to look centuries older? I like that quick look at the Snow Vale Sanctuary to look like the snow has disappeared a long time ago. It gives it a much more "centuries have passed" feel to it.

Epic Nate I picked up Arrisa the wandering rouge and also downloaded teammate lockpicking assistance and ported then both to SE. I never played Arrisa before but it’s made by Chesko so I was down to try it. So far I am loving it. She is now my Go To their. Can’t wait to try it with indigo as well. Also I did an NPC visual transfer for arrisa to update her looks and it’s amazing how she turned out.

Honestly the khajiit armor set is really cool cause to me it gives off a sort of mixture of indian, as well as Native with a sprinkle of Chinese (the helmet) themes, which makes it very unique but also have real world ties

I actually wish they did a separate mesh for some armors for the different races. Thinking of an argonian with horns you'd want their horns to be seen and not be cut off when putting on a dwarven helmet or something. Sure those were made for the dwarves specifically but some of not all of us have a certain armor they'd like to wear

Love the mod suggestions!!! Funny, I had just re-downloaded Hoth yesterday, due to it being updated. Final Cataclysm and the Khajiiri Apex Armpry is going in my game right now!.
The Final Cataclysm mod looks cool. Does it make Skyrim and what we are familiar with to look centuries older? I like that quick look at the Snow Vale Sanctuary to look like the snow has disappeared a long time ago. It gives it a much more "centuries have passed" feel to it.
