This might just be the best chicken recipe i’ve made! Creamy Garlic Parm Chicken with Cheesy Potatoes all in one pan perfect for weight loss!
Macros per serving (4 total)
502 Calories | 53g Protein | 38g Carbs | 15g Fat
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 800 Cubed Chicken Breast
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Crispy Potatoes
- 800g Uncooked Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt, Garlic Powder, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Paprika
- Optional Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
Air Fry for 18-20 mins at 200C / 400F
Oven Bake for 20-23 mins at 200C
Creamy Garlic Parm Sauce + Mix
- 120ml any milk of your choice
- 100g Light Cream Cheese (Philadelphia Lightest)
- 40g Grated Parmesan
- Extra Seasoning (Salt, Garlic, Mixed Herbs)
- 50g Shredded Mozzarella (or any low fat cheese)
- Garnish with Fresh Parsley

Important Cooking Notes
- When cooking the potatoes make sure they do not burn and get too dry. You can skip the olive oil and use cooking spray instead
- After cooking the chicken for 5-6 mins, make sure you lower the heat before adding the milk and cream cheese
- Mix the cream cheese till it melts and becomes smooth and creamy
- After adding the potatoes in, mix till combined then add cheese, cover for 4-5 mins till the cheese is melted

My bf and I made this today.
Here’s what we changed:
-Different seasonings (we used what we had on hand)
-Instead of regular cream cheese we did jalapeño cream cheese
-Instead of mozzarella and parmesan we used shredded manchengo cheese
- Served it in a bowl over rice, fresh green onions, and lemon juice
How did it turned out? Was it tasty? :)

After my calculations this is what I came up with:
800g chicken breast 840kcal 176g protein 0g carbs 8g fat
25g olive oil (rough estimate from seasoning and cooking the chicken) 206kcal 0g protein 0g carbs 25g fat
garlic 20g (rough estimate) 30kcal 1g protein 7g carbs 0g fat
800g white potatoes 552kcal 13g protein 126g carbs 1g fat
120ml milk 1.5% 52kcal 4g protein 5g carbs 2g fat
100g light cream cheese 93kcal 6g protein 11g carbs 3g fat
40g parmesan 161kcal 13g protein 0g carbs 12g fat
50g shredded mozzarella 140kcal 14g protein 2g carbs 9g fat
Total comes to 2073kcal 227g protein 149.9g carbs 59g fat
Per serving is 518.25kcal 56.75g protein 37.5g carbs(rounded up that 149.9 to 150) 14.75g fats
A bit more calories than what he claims but higher protein which is always nice. Overall pretty accurate macros and looks yummi to make, both for a cut and a bulk.

Good recipe, however the macros are way off. 800g/4 servings of chicken breast alone is more than the protein claimed in the macro statement. This recipe is closer to 70g of protein per serving.

I made this tonight and it's absoloute fire. However, this recipe contains a LOT of salt. I actually didn't add in the extra spices and salt you said to put into the sauce and it was perfectly flavored and actually almost too salty. So Id say reduce the overall salt cause that much is pushing it. Besides that critique it, like I said before, it was really delish😊
