OK so I just made this and it turned out SO FREAKING GOOD. I'm not the best cook so it doesn't look quite the same. Still BOMB though just a bit darker with my sauce. I did each side of chicken for 5 mins once the oil heated up over medium high heat. I use a meat thermometer and internal temp for mine was about 165F. Happy cooking! 😊

I made this last night with a few modifications. I don’t have anything with milk fat, so the butter and cream were replaced with clarified butter and macadamia nut milk with a tsp of cornstarch. In place of water/stock I used a dry white wine. It was so delicious that my husband and I were licking our plates. Thank you.

I just made this and it was delicious. I used as much of everything as recommended, and I never add that much in herbs or garlic, but, I figured I would try. The result was about 5 mins prep and a perfectly seasoned result.
This recipe is such a time saver for me. I don't eat chicken but I tried making this recipe for my husband, the chicken didn't cook well , probably I need to experiment with the heat and timing a lil more. I made this !! DELICIOUS. I added Cajun & creole seasoning to the chicken. (Along with onion & garlic powder) Also added mushrooms. Chicken looked AMAZING!!!! If I could offer one suggestion right before you add the chicken back to the cream sauce I would reccomend adding some white wine not cooking wine it's to salty but regular white wine preferably Chardonnay go with about 1/3 off a cup whisk and add your chicken!!!

Made this tonight. It was fantastic. My only recommendation is to add cayenne to the chicken if you want the chicken and the sauce to have a nice kick to it.

I added Cajun & creole seasoning to the chicken. (Along with onion & garlic powder)
Also added mushrooms.
Probably will try more veggies next time like squash & zucchini or peppers .
Also , I made 4 servings so I just doubled everything.
Side of lime cilantro rice & garlic Parmesan red potatoes & green beans

I’ve made this recipe today and everyone liked it but guys you are an Indian you are obsessed with imdian spices and with spicy food then add basic Indian masala like chilli power, dandiya power nd the mostly important Kasthuri methi and add more lemon juice it’ll taste amazing I swear to god try this😋😋😋👍🏻✨

If I could offer one suggestion right before you add the chicken back to the cream sauce I would reccomend adding some white wine not cooking wine it's to salty but regular white wine preferably Chardonnay go with about 1/3 off a cup whisk and add your chicken!!!
