Just a couple things to add from what I did doing my GL450 mounts. There's a heat shield on passanger side near the engine brace that gets in the way when moving the brace so I took that off (bent shield back a bit) The braided & solid fuel line that connects to the fuel rail that's on the drivers side rear half of engine needs to disconnected as it was getting pulled tight when engine was in the up move The just needed to make the line a few inches longer and it would be fine to leave connected ..... This I think is a must as you don't want to bent the solid fuel like with a kink... only a 1min job. Also took out the two bolts that hold the trans mount for ease and taking stress out of the lifting of the engine. ... again 1 min and a must. Additionally I loosened the pass side exhaust bolts past the trans so it could bend at its ball socket fitting without stressing the whole passanger exhaust bank when engine gets pushed up ( as it wasn't removed like the drivers side bank). Only other thing I looked at was the alternator grounding wire but it was fine as lifting the engine didn't add any stress to it.
Thanks for the video

What is the typical labor cost to change the mounts on this model?
Under $1000 would be a good price.
Do you have a video showing how you actually removed the exhaust. I.E the two bolts. I can’t seem to see the bolts and what tools you used.
@@asididris9632i don’t have a video, but it’s fairly simple, few bolts and it comes off as long as it’s not frozen in place or bolts corroded.
