Customer got eBay struts but I told them not to get the cheapest one something in the middle, the job takes about 1-2hr max depending on your skills and the tools you have , I do have another video that shows the process as well look for it it should be a white gl450, and which ever of the two video works best for you. No need to replace compressor unless it got damaged to where it doesn't turn on but check the fuse if that the case first.
About to attempt this myself. I see the Mercedes WIS guidance document says, about refilling the air bags, "The wheels must not be in contact with the ground during the filling. Since the air suspension bellows in the spring element is destroyed when filling in deflected condition." Which sounds to me like its lost something in translation, but I do wonder if there's a real point there nonetheless?
No just get the side you replacing a bit of support with the jack that way the weight its not on it. Clear your code if any then start the car and let it lift the car back up to normal.
Awesome, although I have a different different vehicle model I enjoyed your enthusiasm. Thank you!
Glad you liked it! Thank you
Where did you place the jack through the front

How much should I expect to pay for a job like this?

FCP Euro, free replacement when they go bad. About 450 each. Compressor wont kick on when hood or doors are open.
Good information thank you
