What Kit I take on 4 day hike... across the Lake District

What kit I make on a 4 day hike across the Lake District. In this video I go through the kit took whilst walking the first four days of the Wainrights Coast to coast path. And a few snippets of videos of us walking. I walked from St Bees to Ennerdale bridge, Ennerdale bridge to Borrowdale, Borrowdale to Patterdale and Patterdale to Shap covering almost 62 miles.

I wore a super thin sun hoodie for walking the tour du Mont Blanc. It was high twenties at the start and mid thirties when I finished. Kept the sun off my neck head and arms and dried super quickly. Would definitely recommend one for you.
