      I'm greatful for this video because I have thinning edges so will definitely be trying this DIY out. That said, I totally understand and agree with you. Not all the videos presented can have a before and after showing however, it would be nice to see examples of hair mask applications and the rinse out process, and/or what what the hair looks like after applying say a simple henna mask because you can see the results of a henna mask directly after. So yes, it would be nice to see videos of application and/or the whole process. 😊

    Can I infuse the oil with the Aloe Vera powder instead of making a paste?

    • @coriebarnes8680
      @coriebarnes8680 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      YES. That's a great way to do it so that you don't have to worry about the paste drying up and being extra gentle removing it. Just make sure you infuse the oil for at least 3 weeks so that it is potent. But if you're going to do it this way I would recommend adding amla powder and rosemary essential oil since they are powerful hair growth ingredients. Your oil will be more potent than the aloe vera paste. And certainly easier to remove, especially when time is limited.

  • @karengreenidge-mckenzie9763

    Hi
    Can you use this in the crown area?

    • @coriebarnes8680
      @coriebarnes8680 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can. But It will take more care and caution to remove. And you will most likely have to wet your whole head of hair in the removal (rinsing) process. If you have a thinning crown area, I recommend just using an Amla mask with a combination of Amla powder, fenugreek powder, and aloe vera powder. Use twice as much Amla powder as the others. (2:1:1 ratio) This is more potent and would be more effective at reversing the thinning.

      Most oils can be used as a leave-in if your hair and scalp can tolerate it. Some people get itchy scalp with certain oils. As long as you use an oil that your hair and scalp likes you will be fine. Don't forget to sleep in a satin or silk bonnet or scarf so that your pillows don't get ruined from the oil.
