Daring girl! I totally agree. Personally, as a hyper sensitive HS Sibo sufferer, lacto-bifido probis are very helpful, depends on the strain and presence of prebiotics and/or fillers. Megaspore is helpful as well, but I must increase very slowly and if I don't, it causes a crash of sorts. Bacillis clausii in Enterogermina has been just great, but took me 5 weeks to work up to full vial of 2B. To fellow sensitive people, start any probi by opening capsule and taking just a fraction and slowly work up, otherwise great probis can seem harmful. Look for improved sleep & stool as good signs, the opposite as bad.
Nicole, look forward to 2 next videos mentioned on probis!

Hi, Deborah! It's so good to see you here, love! :) Yes, I agree 100%. Start slow and build up gradually. The same can be said for herbs for folks who know that their bodies are super receptive.**
**I'm going to say that you're "receptive" to stimuli, since that sounds better than being "sensitive" ;) At least you all are cheap dates when it comes to supplements! It takes a truckload of something (probiotics, herbs) for me to feel any different! Hopefully that came across correctly as a silver-lining and not me being a jerk haha

I completed a week of using the probiotics, I had some pain but it was tolerable, but the stools became floaty and sometimes I feel short of breath after taking them with food. Have you experienced any of these symptoms??? I have Sibo
I seem to have these symptoms because of the confusion between herbal antibiotics and probiotics

Is it possible that Lactobacilli and/or other "good" bacteria strains can actually feed those bad bacteria? I've been told by my doctor and I am not too sure if that is the case... So while I'm at the stage of taking herb antimicrobials to treat SIBO, I was told to "hold off" on taking probiotics for that reason. Please, I would love to hear what you think.

Dr. DNezza, helpful video. I did a report after using SPOREBIOTICS where after a month I crashed with fatigue and insomnia even though I took it relatively slow. I'm pretty sensitive with everything and even regular probiotics of various kinds cause strange fatigue stemming from the gut as if I'm drained. A year later I tried even tiny doses, like a sprinkle but my body remembered it very quickly and developed symptoms. In your experience, what are the underlying causes for such reactions? (Dealing with mercury toxicity, disbiosis, stganant liver, poor bile, whole enchilada. :-)

Man, I'd love to pick your brain about this. Chronic gut/autoimmune issues for over 5 years now, did a stool test and found some bacterial overgrowths though I know it can be difficult to diagnose anything based on that. I recently took a soil-based probiotic for 4 months (from Amy Myers website, funnily enough lol), though I can't say whether or not it made much of a difference? I'd like to think it did in my large intestine at least, but I'm fairly certain I've still got a raging case of SIBO - although I wish there was a way for me to tell for certain, where I live is very much lacking in resources in that department to say the least. There's not a doctor within 300 kms that would have a clue what SIBO or Leaky Gut is. I started taking Sacchaomyces Boulardii this week, hoping for the best.

The first few times I saw him speak I was impressed, but the more I see him speak and the more of their marketing efforts I am exposed to (via direct communication and conferences) the more skeptical I become. I do think that 80-90% of what he says is good information. It's just that you've got to watch out for the 20-10%, ya know?
Much of what I've had an issue with is this "OUR probiotics are the best/only probiotics for ERRYBODYYYYYYY" mentality that they push. It's simply not true. They (Microbiome Labs) over-sell spore-forming probiotics and put down "normal" lacto and bifido probiotics in a way that I feel is very exaggerated and unfair. Sometimes it makes me wonder if he's even read studies on "normal" probiotics? I'm sure he has to be aware that they're out there, so it makes me think that he is intentionally cherry-picking what he shares.

Beneficial bacteria don’t feed “bad” bacteria. The carbs, proteins, and fats you eat feed the bacteria. By introducing good bacteria via taking a probiotic pill gets more good guys in your gut to keep the bad guys in check and not able to over-grow.
