    Clickers have to be adjusted when in valin, it’s the altitude mine did the same thing

      I'd like to think that was the issue but Jesse's sled ran tip top all trip on #3. Something has been up with my bcxrs. Hoping by my next ride I have it fully sorted out now. It's amazing but I'm finding every 850 can be different and not all are the same. Mike

    How do you keep the BCX from darting? I have 2 Gen4 and a Gen5 and on hard pack snow they dart like crazy. Running front shocks soft and center shock firm. Bergstrom shims and ski savers don't seem to help much. On fresh snow no issues

    • @sledaddicz

      Do you have bergstrom triple points on them?? I'm assuming so since you have the shims and savers....?

      Loosen your limiter strap one hole and go down a few rotations on the centre spring preload. Will lighten ski pressure.

      @@sledaddiczI don't have the triple points. I'm riding in Wyoming which is normally groomed powder, but in spring conditions with warm days and cold nights it darts bad in the frozen ski tracks. Ok it's January but we have spring conditions here😢

      @@fishermandan10I did loosen the limiter one position. The manual says to tighten the center spring to lighten ski pressure. It was full tight from the dealer. Loosened at darting got worse so went back

      @dat9999 K a few things......check your ski alignment and make sure you are toed out 1'8th of an inch. My sleds are always 'nervous' with stock carbides and dart a bit. Go with some Bergstrom 6" and you will eliminate any darting.

    I’m interested in your thoughts about the seating position on the BC XRS. This is one issue I find with the mxz trail sleds is that you sit down in them rather then on top of the sled like on a Polaris for example. I much prefer that on top of the sled feeling. It puts you in a better attack position and I think it’s generally a more comfortable riding position. Is it a lot like the Polaris sleds ? As far as the transfer goes I’ve heard people having to loosen the limiter strap a couple of holes to get that transfer back like the previous c motion skids. Might be worth a try. Thanks

    How did the lynx xterrain compare to the backcountry

    • @sledaddicz

      Great question. The xterrain has a trail front end so it's much more stable on the trail and less tippy. It also transfers more I find compared to the backcountry this season especially as the backcountry has a longer trail arm to make it a bit better on trail but it results in less transfer. Cheers, Jesse

    Does the 42” front end require different shocks?

    • @sledaddicz

      It doesn't but the more we rode it, the less I'm thinking the G5 needs it. It did very well on trails. I'm now playing with it to get clutching and transfer to improve. Mike

    Do you run the Triple Point carbides?

    • @sledaddicz

      Yep! I wore out my stockers in Valin and then switched over to my Bergstrom 6" triples. Cheers, Mike

      I run the triple points also along with Woody's Navigators. Seems to work quite well

      @@sledaddicz do you know if the gear ratio is the same as an XRS 137

    • @sledaddicz

      @KliqDon1983 it is not the same gear ratio. The backcountry is geared lower than the trail sleds so they are even snappier but won't run as fast top end. Cheers, Mike

    Why do you say the BCX and BCXRS seating position is different than the MXZ and last years Renegade? They literally have exactly the same chassis, seat and all plastics, the suspension is different, that is it.

    • @sledaddicz

      It's the rear suspension and it's sitting higher. If you look at it compared to a renegade side by side you will see the bcx sits higher. Mike

    • @Upracefan

      @@sledaddicz That makes sense. 👍

    • @DarrenDaoust

      Yep, the rear suspension is higher. I find my BC more comfortable than my MXZ because of this.
