Brinyte HL18 Noctua - Indexable Headlamp/Flashlight/Worklight!

Brinyte changed their design and brought out the PT16 some time ago now, and it was a great light. As a matter of fact, it still is. They took it upon themselves to make a great thing even better and tweaked a few key items and released the PT16A. Let's check it out together to see if these upgrades are worthwhile.
