Yeah elbow twist isn’t allowed but my tip is just stand and and do your action without releasing the ball it should help just do it atLeast 10-15 minutes everyday I hope it helps
Only 15 degrees of bent elbow allowed, just try in your action to move bowl in your action before release in circle motion so it releases more smoothly
same i had also but the thing which helped me was firstly practicing arm circles then when i do off spin, i use shouders to bring natural over the ball spin like rotating the shoulders from inside to out.
