Hello. Thanks for the video. Really cleared a lot of the issues I was facing with my bowling. I do have a question. I almost always use the three finger grip as shown in the video as my stock ball and I have realized that I am bowling a lot slower than the other spinners in our tournament. The pitch I bowl on is green turf which doesn’t provide much spin. How can I increase my pace on the ball on my stock delivery. Will it come by changing my grip from 3 finger to the first grip shown in the video. TIA
All these grips etc okay but the main point is:The bowler must work hard on 'pitching the ball' with that action on right areas! Well, practice makes anyone perfect! Good video& should be useful to youngsters!👍
Thanks I really enjoyed this video. I did have a question. I bowl offspin and one of my variations is similar the the back spinner Etranga demonstrated. I grip with the two fingers folded down and two fingers apart along the seam but rip these fingers back against the seam scrambling the seam and rotating the all backwards in my direction. It means the ball can skid on or pop and get me most of my wickets against good batsmen...is there a proper name for this??

Still yet to meet a finger spinner who also bowls a Flipper. But, to be honest they're as rare as Rocking horse pooh among wrist spinners, so I should be surprised eh?
Hi, can someone explain to me why a finger-spinner cannot spin the ball with the 2nd or 3rd index finger and using the same finger-spin grip to produce a doosra affect? Almost like a standard wrist spinner stock ball. I can do this quite easily, but then again, I am not an internation bowler or even a pub 11 bowler :) Am I missing something?

Instead of so many varieties you should just introduce few for start and With that mindset of a spinner also should be told to beginners. Imagine somebody learn how bowl these variations but don't know when to bowl these?
