5:40 this right here improved my undercut problems. If you are undercutting your deliveries, watch his bowling hand when it's behind his body. Note that the palm is facing behind and up. This is key, as it loads your wrist for ripping the ball out without undercutting. If your palm is facing the ground or sideways at this position, there is a high chance that you will over rotate your wrist at the point of delivery and under cut the ball. THANK YOU!!!

Sir ,i am an offspinner and i have issue in my bowling ,my bowling arm comes over my head ,means my bowling arm position when i release the ball is 12;30 o,clock and i think this is happen due to less hip rotation after backfoot contact . please suggest some drills and how i fix it . Due to this there is zero accuracy in my bowling . i face this problem from 2 years ,i try many drills but nothing happen . how i fix this problem . please reply 😢😢😢.
Hey there brother, are you talking about going past the vertical at point of release? if so one of the main things that causes this is an alignment issue where your body is lining up to far down leg and you have to try and work too much around your spine. Try line up a little bit more towards your target and make sure you are not leaning back at the point of release. Set up channels with cones and work through them.

You could make a video on workouts for cricketer and increase your bowling speed as a spinner
You don't need to increase the speed,as slow spin as you will bowl as good it would be.
