How to measure for the Riixo recovery Quad and Hamstring cuffs using a tape measure.
For the lower measurement, measure 10cm up from the top of the knee cap then measure around the leg.
For the upper measurement, measure around the thigh with the tape measure sitting in the groin area around the widest part of the leg
