- Hi Friends! Welcome back to the channel, here is my honest review of deciding the good, bad and ugly of the Model s plaid and if it is worth paying for or getting the Model s long range instead. I will be conducting an in depth review of the interior and exterior and testing the 0 to 60 times for the plaid. Let's see if it's worth it.

The current Model S has moved the horn back to the center. You're reviewing something that is no longer true if you buy a new S. Also, this is a mid 2022 or earlier as the rear screen is the old much smaller one.
The airbag worm is typical on most cars. Some it's more obvious and some it's less but they all have it. The current door handles never fail. It's been years since they had pivot gear problems.
Really wish the Plaid had a wood option. I really dislike the carbon fiber and will be looking for someone that wants to do an even swap.
Starting in 2024, those USB-C ports charge at 35 watts.
Even without the track pack, the current brakes are a lot better than the 2021-2022.
How are the bolsters on the seat when getting in and out? I have a model y performance now and considering a s plaid but I have trouble getting into and out of lower cars with high or non plush bolsters.
"FastEV" is a line of wheels from Fast. The owner didn't just decide to have the words "FastEV" on his rims

this is actually the spec i would get. I love the combination of red and tan, its just a classic color combo. people think it looks like an old guys spec, but thats just because ferrari used it for a long time in the 60s and 70s. its not old, its stylish
Agree! But, personally I would choose the white interior because it pops 👌🏼
@@astateoftech we have a white on blue tesla and I personally lobe that combo. Only problem is it slowely changes to a darker shade over time due to wear. blue / white, and red / tan are my 2 favorite configurations 👍

third party rims aren't recommended for Evs. I'm guessing the previous owner didn't know that
It’s not that you can’t, but have to ensure it has been tested for efficiency with that particular Tesla model. There are a lot of 3rd party rims that have been tested for similar efficiency to Tesla’s OEM ones.
plaid w/ the Track package will have carbon brakes , lightwheels and merely a software to fix all the performance complaints from sports car journalists.
Why is there no plaid symbol on the back if it’s an actual plaid ?
The previous owner debadged his Tesla. But there is more than one way to tell if a Model S is a plaid. Mentioned in the video - only plaid comes with carbon fiber rear spoiler as well as carbon fiber interior panels and center console.

Your test drive videos are some of favourite ones! The reactions to the speed are priceless hahah. Visually, I think the plaid looks incredible. I don’t think I could get used to the yoke steering wheel though, good that there is an option to get a round one. Also, the rear passenger display screen is a nice touch.
