My dresser is now a heritage. I told my son I'd leave him my '72 FLH I've had since 1980 and I did. Over the weekend I stripped it down to the frame, engine, and transmission, and told him when he could put it back together and ride it, it was his, and I could then die in peace. Knowing him, I'll have to hang around for about 60 more F'n years. Good video.👍😎
OMG Pepsi out of the nose burns!!!!! When you said "YES!!! IT IS NOW SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP!!!! I was drinking my cold beverage when you said that!!!! I really enjoy your content Sir Have fun at the rally
Even though we are "polar opposite" on a lot of things ,,,, I finally realized that its because I'm an old man now and in my life less is more. But 30 years ago I was exactly like you, I had all the bell's and whistles and had a lot of fun doing it!!!! So enjoy my friend, you be you,,,I'll be me, I'll resubscribe and I'll sit back and enjoy your videos. I finally "get it".
THANK YOU !!! i'm looking at a leather covered tour-pak for my Road King Classic and i've seen the Viking but wasn't sure if it was big Enough.......I'm getting one after watching this !! Finally some good weather after a Rainy july here in NH so i'm behind on Video's, you might even be in South Dakota by the time you read this, So Safe Travels and Have a GREAT TIME in the Black Hills !!!
May I please hit "like" three or four times? Well, you have two manufacturers products and your good work!!!!! Now to find out if Viking does the bags in Tan Leather. I know I'm odd but I've never been into black leather. I'd wanted to catch you going through IOWA but the Lady came over and taking her for a ride and buying her lunch was soooooo much better! Be Safe Mr. Monkey. I'm waiting for my Tshirt and water bottle as well as LEDs for the front of the Honda. I did buy some auxiliary LEDs to mount to the engine guards. Now I have a welding project to make brackets!???? Have fun at Sturgis. Hoka Hey
Dude, they offered you free bags! They have beautiful leather wrapped bags that are the same as on the ultra classic and I believe they are quick on/ off. They would look so cool on your heritage. Then just change it the seat.
Great looking tour pak! I managed to find an OEM H/D for my '08 R/K Classic, but paid more for their mount than the cost of the t/p! Still a locking one like this would be sweet👍
I just recently bought one of these viking trunks (waiting for it to arrive tomorrow, hopefully), and didn't know that it was 'always' locked. 👍👍👍 It's going on a Honda Interstate, so I'm either bolting it straight to the rack or going to have to find a mount that's close enough in measurements to customize.
I agree and do not like studded bags either. When I ordered my leather bags i did not order studded and I didn’t even order the embossed Eagle (optional) I feel it looks better in the plain natural state. My preference and in no way is representative of any one else’s preference.
Because! That's the way it was DONE in the "Duck's Ass, Butch Waxed Crew Cut-Greaser" days! Don't even know why I'm trying to explain! As words like "Heritage" and "Nostalgic" are lost on ya! I AM thankful Harley DIDN'T go apeshit in bringing back the "foot clutch" and suicide shifter though!
@@AmosBHaven I understand heritage and nostalgia. But guess what that fade went out a long time ago. I only see chicks with it on their bikes these days. But if your nostalgic you wouldn't like windshields and radios on bikes either! And it still reminds me of the village people.
I had exactly the same issue when I got my Viking bags stretched leather bags on Friday and made a little video - how do you call the material of the bag the saddlebags come in ???😂 I think I said something like corduroy or so 🤭🤣🤣
@@VikingBagsYT the bags are freaking dope !!! Just improve your shipping process, please. A strip or 2 more duct tape on the cardboard box will do 👍 so its not arriving opened as it did for me.
Would like to put something like that on my 2005 soft tail deuse. But I'd have to Change the rear fender strut supports because the rear fender struts on my Deuce are bolted on the inside of the rear fender with no holes or bolts showing on the outside. So I think I could get a set of fender struts that are on most soft tails like my fat boy had with quick release studs.Iv learned the Deuse it's kind of a bike were you have to hunt for parts that will fit it.Just a bike that's different from the normal soft tails.Any suggestions would be great.
Looks good. How do leather saddlebags (etc) hold up in the weather over long trips (thinking weeks of on and off rain)? I'd glue some leather over those backrest bolts (inside) before I put anything that might scratch in there. I could just see a spare helmet bouncing against those and getting chipped and scratched.
Unless you don't like studs on your leather just buy the one from Harley, if the woman comes along on a trip I always have the tour pack on, whether its my 2012 Heritage or my 2017 SG.
Great video! Good information and great products as always. Personally I think the leather bags are not a good look. Heritages and soft tails should be bear bones. If you want a bagger buy a bagger. Obviously just my opinion but great video as always
I own an 18 Heritage 107" with a screamin eagle stage 4, Bassani road rage 2 to 1 dyno tuned with a power vision tuner. 120.37 hp 120.25 lb torque. I dont like the cam that is this kit. want more torque at lower rpms

I have one on my road king and love it.
Love your content you remind me of every good Chief I served with in the Navy!

Very interested in this, thanks
Me and wife have a 2018 Hertige 114 ( Bandit) we put a full size tour pak on ours. Looks good and gives us alot storage.
Ok, I for one wasn't expecting that to be as absolutely Badass as it is👍👏👍👏
I have a 2010 Heritage that I added a removable Hoppe faring to the front and a luggage rack/tour pack to the back.
Great product

What a clear picture. Love the new lense
love to see the mods your doing. Never not entertaining and educational. Plus shows the options out there.
I have that same tour pack and I love it! And yes it fits a full face helmet very well. Suits my Sporty a treat!
Nice, we're on the road this morning, see you soon

I had cruise control added to my FXLRS. Great choice to keep me from getting speeding tickets. LOL!!
That looks really nice!
I think someone makes plastic liners you can put in Heritage leather bags and they look great!
They do the same thing with their saddlebags. I thought that was pretty cool.
Thank you for this.. Looking at adding a Tourpak to my Heritage. This gives me more options than having to buy the Harley ($$$$!!!!) one...
Be safe!
That’s a nice idea for long travels on the Vick’s I’m building.
The new lens actually makes you look a bit slimmer, got be a good thing :)

Its good, less glare off the dome. :)

You look marvelous
That would work on my rack on my Freewheel to put a lid and small safe for that item a lot if us carry.
Very cool! You need to make a video with the Ms or Lil' Monkey riding two-up :-)
Lookin good youngster, lens makes you look like cool biker dude.
Should leave the key in the lock when the tour pack is open so you don’t lock the keys inside.
Wonder if advanblack they will make one for the Dyna?
Would like them to!
Is that factory paint? BEUTIFULLL.
Garage looks NECKED!!! :0
Hey man, I can't find a hat like you have on the store.

my wife’s 2012 softail heritage had factory cruise control….
I have never understood why manufacturers put studs and frills on parts for motorcycles. It reminds me of the village people every time I see it .

Nice idea, I have a 21 Heritage Classic Softail, should work right?
They include the different spools and hardware for modern softails. It's almost out!
Yeah. The studs do kinda make the leather look like you’re into S&M. LOL!!

The tour pak and the backrest sit up pretty high, really don't care to much for the look, but that's just me.
Your hair looks much better with the new lense 🤣 only joking 🤣
and the video looks good.
You put a filter on??
I’m still calling them baggers. LOL!!

How did you get through this vlog without a big truck going down street? Lmao

The Harley one is more $$$ and doesn't lock.
Just don't set your keys inside it when you open it or you'll be calling a locksmith lol
Same thing I was thinking. Have a spare at home maybe.
