Prolific is really great. However, it's not as simple as making an account and attempting surveys - people who know what they are doing can earn A LOT more than their counterparts who don't learn the system. Just as with any endeavour, it's important to know what you're actually doing so you can make the most of your time (and in this case earn more money). I've now had experience with Prolific for some time and I've collected and created various tips that can increase how much you earn.

I got accepted, not feeling they are asking me to give my Passport data and take a selfie to some ID site that has the worst reviews going. Put me right off it!
Thats really interesting to hear. A lot of people have been asked to provide identification in different ways. I was never asked to give my passport data.

I'm so confused, I filled my about section completely and I've done 12 surveys took me over an hour and half and I only got $9... Is that normal? Will I get higher paying surveys?

I got contacted that I could do surveys on Prolific. Afterwards I started getting a few surveys per day. After successfully doing some surveys I then got many more surveys and now get many per day. However, I work full time now so I don't have time to do them all.

eventually you will tap out any of the survey sites if you use it long enough

Sorry I have no idea what those errors might be! Though I did get some errors a while ago. They all happened on one day. Then afterwards the errors seemed to stop. I hope you can resolve them very soon!
