Thank you for the video , I’ve been on prolific for 2 weeks and have earned R500 but one needs to be online constantly and I’ve noticed surveys that pay more always have 1 space remaining and it always says full when I click on it.
Hi, thanks for watching. When the survey says 1 space remaining you should keep trying for a few minutes because some people leave in the middle of the survey which usually opens up spots.

Hey Talitha, I think it’s best to email prolific and ask them why you’re not getting studies. They usually reply quickly to emails.

Hi, I linked an Absa account and you should be able to link any cheque account from any bank, it doesn't have to be an fnb account.
They said they aren't accepting registration at the moment i am on the waiting list

Hi Thabang, have you registered with prolific? If yes then you need to get verified, they will send you a verification email for you to upload your ID copy. I hope that helps.

Hey Nhlanhla, please check your 'about me' and make sure i't on 100%. If everything looks good, you can email prolific support, they're very quick to respond and they'll let you know what the problem is 🤞🏾

Hi Ayanla, make sure your “About me” is always up to date. If it’s not 100%, you may not get studies.
@@Napo4k it is always up to date…I’ve just been getting this “authentication credentials were not approved” error message😕I sent the prolific team an email though and I’m still waiting.💔

Check your “About you” and make sure everything is up to date, they always add new items make sure it’s always up to date. That might be the reason you’re not getting any studies.

Hey Nhlanhla, if a study requires you to use a desktop you can use a laptop and not a tablet or phone. Same goes for studies that require only tablets, you can't use a laptop or phone to take those studies.

How much does a rejection affect your account because I have had 2 rejections and before that I was getting 4-7 a day and now I have not had one since I got the rejections and I was continually checking it
Hi Raul, 2 rejections shouldn't affect your account at all. Email Prolific to find out why you're not getting studies.

Hey Naphtally, I can’t say for sure. It all depends on the time I spend on my laptop and on the time of day I’m online. I found that there’s more studies in the evening, but then that’s just me.

@@MaeleMothapo it will tell you on prolific. It could take anything from 0 to 5 days. Personally I’ve never had to wait for more than 3 days.

Hi, it's been awhile since i registered, but from what I remember I was sent a verification link and a verification code to my cell phone number and that's how i got verified.
