Okay, so the lack of measurements is definitely a sin, so here I'll help you all out. The version of this I made has the same measurements for everything, except sugar, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp water. Wisk until it holds soft peeks. Shouldn't take more than 10-11 minutes tops. However if you make this with water it will be incredibly strong, I'd recommend using milk for a slightly more mild, more edible outcome. I used almond milk for mine. Also, if you want a actually mild coffee taste, you can use 1 tbsp instant coffee instead. [Edit:] it won't froth up if you use fat-free milk, and even if you use the less measurement of instant coffee, it's still quite strong, so beware of that
