    Thank you. This sets me up to start my day with calm confidence instead of letting the mind obses in how hard my day will be? how will I fail?
    Also giving myself that time for me before stepping out of bed is showing myself some love, something I've never done before.
    Adhd, menopause and IBS were crippling me.

    Thank you for this KJ. It's strange timing as I'm feeling anything but strong, courageous and resilient today. Some of the affirmations jangled with how I'm feeling, in truth. However, I could identify with some other affirmations and guess it can only help me to hear ones that seem beyond my grasp right now. Gill x🙏🏻🤍✨x
