  • This guided mindfulness meditation with music is focused on self-confidence. It is part of a series on healing and self-help. This TH-cam meditation session helps to free yourself from negative thoughts and discover what is inside you that brings energy, strength, and belief in your abilities. Feel a deep love for yourself and know that you are deserving of confidence - You possess the power to achieve your goals and dreams!
    This session contains spoken guided meditation dialogue for about 13 minutes, followed by 2 more minutes of ambient music meditation for 15 (fifteen) minutes in total. Free yourself of anxiety and fear and embrace self-love and compassion. Taking even five or ten minutes out of your day to meditate and practice mindfulness can make a big change in your mental health!

    It is ok to have fears and doubts... everyone questions their abilities sometimes. But, it is also important to recognize that you are STRONG and POWERFUL! Don't underestimate yourself and what you can bring to the world. You have the strength, I know it! 💪

    I literally bursted into tears. I had to remained myself that where I am at in life is only temporary. It’s all about where I’m going and why the things that are happening in my life right now are only setting me up for my future self.

    During this meditation I was reminded of just how confident I have always been in my life until I developed panic disorder 50 ago for a few years . This left me dependent in certain situations concerning lack of control which is what panic is . Your meditation brought me back to how I was before then . Meditation has brought me much peace and calmness. Yes it works . 🌸

    I feel confident in dancing in sport in languages I feel confident when I create art dance or translate🎉 it is true we are so much in our thoughts that are only reflecting our emotional state😅

    Really? There’s nothing here to support a low moment of lack of confidence and fear. It’s like the creator of this dialogue has no idea what that feels like and is totally assuming it’s easy to climb that ladder. This just wasn’t helpful after ten so I turned it off. I’ll try something else on the channel. Maybe I needed to work up to this.
