I will say I LOVE this channel. I love talking about finances #1 and bundled with career advice is brilliant.

As you know I’m an Administrator RN at a very busy hospital in Los Angeles and I would like to talk more about that ED nurse that is burnt out and address the bigger problem that hospitals are facing because of our broken healthcare system. This could be the focus of our next video if you want.

Thats how i feel about people choosing to knowingly make wrong decisions. Its the entitlement and poor culture in choosing the wrong foods and not following advice. I like to help people but it can be frustrating when peoples actions demonstrate the opposite. I recently posted sth similar on my channel on people choosing the wrong foods or choices in regard to their health. 😔

In Chicago per dime / flex nurse have no benefits .Plus you’re right on about the BAD NURSES, hard to get rid of them if you work at UNION .UNTIL now we still have not passed the nurse patient safety ratio…..sometimes an ICU nurse will have 4 pts.and don’t let me get started on the oncology unit, you may get 5:pts.with a new chemo admit WHICH IS SO WRONG..
