I have been bullied into alcoholism in office workspace and parties a numerous times, but I never flinched and wouldn’t let nobody dictate how I live my life. I felt seen through this video. The perfect timing to drop a video on this topic🙏🏻 Myself and some other new joinees were supposed to get paid last month's salary yesterday but the HR told that we would get paid today. And today when we called him then he is being rude and saying that today is a bank holiday and the payment will be given by Monday. He is always being rude not just today. Whenever we go to him for our concern which is due to his mistake then he somehow manage to scold us for any random reason
HR are the biggest Aholes in corporates! No one gives a shit about them, so they try to prove their superiority to the new joinees!

I think about resigning from this job because of one reason: my younger neighbor is my boss and treats me rudely. Whenever I try to talk to him friendly, he never responds in the same way. keep track of everything through chats and emails. Send minutes of meeting to atendees including you manager after every call. Complete the work assigned. Most importantly, you're done with the company and start preparing and applying to new orgs silently

THERE is one thing I would like to comment on regarding the power system setup, actually, you can add all tasks but by default, all the tasks are given the same value in the current setup, which if you think about surely not every task shares same value right, maybe in your day one does 40 pushups and 25 sit-ups, and another task is to complete a design project and share it with clients, now these two can not have the same value as one is more important than the other, in the current setup because everything is given equal value when documented also it shows equally at the end of the day like 5/8 tasks done, but what if the most important stuff is not done or glossed over or simply procastinated with, then you can't say oh i did 10 small tasks like read 2 pages of book and did pushups so then my day is successful, the day is not successful then, the problem with this is because of when you zoom out and see the documentation of your system and past tasks history, one will not realise whether he is being more productive in important stuff or just feeling productive superficially, this can also mess with their perception of the system like whether this is even helpful or not, NOW I think if there was a way to give more important tasks more importance in the task documentation only then this system would become better, for ex: one solution could be adopting a simple credit system like giving 10 credits to important stuff, 3 credits to mini tasks like pushups karliya 40, thodi book padh li, pani zyada pi liya and all such stuff, this way at the end u judge your day by counting credits, for example 78/100 credits earned today is better way to judge your day then how many individual tasks completed, also to add to than one can have and assign credits according tot their needs like they can define what stuff deserves how many credits. I think this will solve the issue and make the system even more foolproof.
Also, bhai when you use a credit system then the numbers also will be big like 400-500 credits waiting to be earned by you today, as a designer I can say this will gamify the system and make it more intriguing and impactful, this will also take away pressure from seeing how many tasks are there and UX wise psychologically nudge the user to do more and more and plus add a great positive effect after the user is done, for ex: i am tired today, I earned 196 credits, I have a meeting in 20 minutes, lemme quickly do 25 pushups and add to my tally by adding 10 credits more by doing this, this way the USER WILL START PLAYING SUCH GAMES WITH ONESELF AND DO MORE AND MORE, thus increasing the impact of the system.
Anyway good system bro, didn't have a problem with productivity but more so with starting sooner so I think this system will help me with that.
Also, I would like to say instead of a course maybe you could have gone in a digital product direction like web app, then this system could have been even more effective.

My manager does not like me and she is so biased with me as other team member and humiliate me every single day that taking my peace of mind , so it’s for me hard to work and having health issue there and she played crucial part to me thrown out the company as well as I tried to take movement in another project she created that much trouble and given negative feedback finally I am quitting this job.

Research about the business or anything you want to do and develop it properly, work on your goal, but have a job which will help you get atleast a good salary for survival, with that money you can join some webinar and courses to upgrade your business
