"I did nothing wrong" "It was the perfect call" I have heard those statements before from politicians involved in questionable deals that benefits them.
The contracts sure do absorb a lot of money. All States need better procurement laws, and get rid of this co-op agreement work around. Happy Halloween.
Check out Suffolk County in New York. They one a part of the law where they had to show kids boarding a bus, but then I heard they rewrote part of a budget law so the defendant had to then furnish that evidence, not the plaintiff. It might have been Newday that also reported that. Where did you get your ticket? (Wide Fast Road, and what the Stop-Arm pulled immediately when the bus came to rest or when you were about a second in front of the bumper?)
@@user-ym7ou5rd7y (Not Legal Advice) Were the lights on, or signals things moving erratically (quick on and off sequence)? I would question the following 1. was the school bus doing its pre-trip inspection, or 2. was the child to be picked up but was just never there. There are cameras on the bus, and passenger side exterior (I think) you could request to verify this, or ask the school if this is a registered bus stop. Watch out for the wide multi-lane roads with speeds over 25 mph, and the Stop-and-Pop. That is where most of these tickets happen. Have a Happy Halloween, School Bus Stop-Arm Audit Dude Out.
***Not Legal Advice, Not a Lawyer*** If only someone had created a TH-cam channel that talked about school bus camera issues, I bet they would have titled it something like "Laws for Sale" :D. Or maybe it would cover other things that States running these programs years ago ran into. They probably would have like Lesson 1 - Lesson 5 videos too teaching on basics on how the CDL Manuals teach a school bus driver is supposed to stop, issues with infrastructure, or where some Laws fall short (but they are not a lawyer and not giving legal advice). Maybe they even have even a few audits, each one covering a different little piece of a bigger puzzle. I don't know, that would be nice if someone had done that. oh well. Happy Halloween Everybody!

@@SchoolBusStop-ArmAudit miami & it was in a residential area. The bus was stopped for minutes and there were no children around. Felt like a setup!
