    I remember a case from about 10 or 15 years ago that was similar to this one. A man got over a million in his account by accident. He did nothing and it sat there for almost a week. Then the bank took the money back. The man filed suit and told the judge that they had a right to get their money back but he should be allowed to keep the interest; which was quite a bit of money. The judge ruled he had a right to the interest and he kept it.

      The defense attorney is off the mark.. As soon as she discovered the money, she moved it into another account so the bank couldn't recover it and started purchasing assets that would be hard to liquidate if and when the error was discovered. That is criminal intent.

      The banks have a signed contract with customers to charge those fees, every customer signs a contract knowing ALL fees, assessments, charges, rates etc she has no contract with the bank at her behest on any such activity. Even as comedy this is foolish. She had a signed contract with the bank and CS to report any and all mis deposits and errors, and to assist in any and all errors, she not only breached that agreement but actively thwarted it in criminal ways. She is a common worthless thief.

      took me 6 months to reimbusered from an "overseas" purchase. I live in the U.S. and someone purchased boots in China. It was only $125 but thats 1/5 of my paycheck. Turns out the information the criminals used was from a Facebook Purchase transaction. as soon as the bank realized that- eventually 6 months later- they paid it.

      I understand 100% about the apology. One time at a supermarket, they gave me too little change back, and as it was a respectable sum they had incorrectly held back, I complained, and I had to go back the next day as they had to check camera footage. The next day, I went there, and they just gave me my money back with absolutely no apology, so I asked for an apology and they refused because they said it was an honest mistake and could have happened anywhere. So, I put the money back on the counter and told them they could have it, and I walked away

    How is she responsible for the Bank's mistake?

    • @PatrickRichardson-gj3wb
      @PatrickRichardson-gj3wb 8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      She is not responsible for the clerical error of the mis deposit, but stealing the money she is responsible for that. The money in error in her account is the lawful property of the rightful owners of that money. She knew quite well she was in no way entitled to a penny of it. Yet she took steps to commandeer those funds. That was criminal and she knew it. She is a worthless common thief. She was arrested, jailed, on trial and is discharging the rightful harsh punishments she has earned.
