I admit, I originally started building Kislev armies like this because I wanted an excuse to overcast Heart of Winter. It doesn't really hurt the cats and the damage numbers are beautiful in big circular blobs like this. Katarin deletes the infantry while the cats kill everything else!
Thanks again for sending in the Doomstack, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Hearts of winter would have been great, but I decided to use Ice Maiden's Kiss since it was cheaper and it would allow me to activate the passive spell more and longer.
Great anti-ogre early doomstack (if they have lots of ogre and not much gnoblars) just need a bit of brain power (something i don't have) to maneuver around and not get stuck somewhere. Also if you STEAL a life mage from any faction that have it then it's stronger (stronger that that stupid ice useless mage) heal and deals more damage.
Stealing a life mage would be huge, so you can actually get rid of the ice maiden and 1 or 2 of the patriarchs and add more kitties. Early game this army is gonna slap almost everyone around.
If you borrow an ally's army which contains a Hero, as long as they are Immortal(at level 20 characters become Immortal), you should get the hero injured, Then they become part of your faction(although they are gonna be injured for 5 turns) .
@@matthewflanagan7772 you should become military ally with any faction you want, accumulate alliance points, and if they have an army that is not being controlled by their faction leader, you can spend the alliance points to borrow their army. Then get their army killed, as long as the hero is immortal, you are gonna get them. They are gonna be injured for a while. Some factions like Norscans and Yuan Bo Can make heroes immortal using their technologies or faction mechanic(without them being level 20 or above). Hope this was helpful🙏🏻

How do I even go about stealing a life mage?
