Voldemort undoubtedly has numerous more abilities that can easily outhax vader. Vaders only superior aspects are strength. Voldemort could block vaders force telekinesis attacks like choke crush pull etc with shield charms(they also block psychic attacks and intangible attacks along with physical things) and he can disapparate away to avoid lightsaber attacks or just block it with the shields charm. Voldemort in the other hand can transifgure to alter and vanish vaders gadgets or himself with transfiguration spells which varies in so many way or erase vader suit and his life support or vader himself using the vanishing spell via evanesco. He can also manipulate the suit to come alive and attack vader himself or use the killing curse to finish him after distracting him with other things first. People don't really know the full extend of what hp wizards can do and underrate them.
@iio_moon I'm more of a Harry Potter fan myself. But after reading some Star Wars expanded material, my opinion of the victory shifted to vader.

Vader rules a galaxy, voldy gets beaten by a teenager (in the books Harry disarms Voldemort before the killing curse is fully released and while in the air the spell is launched back at Voldemort) so the argument about the elder wand not being his doesn’t work for that instance).
We’ve seen that the killing curse doesn’t go through physical objects and I’d be damned if a lightsaber wasn’t a physical object, and besides, Vader has large amounts of armour and two robotic arms which he can catch the spell with, since they are not part of his biological body he shouldn’t die?( I actually don’t know how that would work, but logically I would say this makes sense)
Vader’s precision is another thing people forget about. Vader is so In tune with the force that he can sense weaknesses and sources of power, so he would know that the wand is important and know exactly where to hit him.
There are many other spells which can be used but again, either blocked or dodged.
Idk how Crucio could be worse than having all your limbs cut off then burning all over? And pain has been shown to just piss him off and make his power grow.
In a close combat fight, Vader obviously wins.
In a long range match, Vader either uses the force or closes the distance.
Evaporation - now, that’s a power I don’t understand how Vader would counter other than tracking his movements with the force leading to a standstill of Voldemort running while Vader stands there (menacingly) waiting for an opportunity.
Never mind, just remembered a funny lore piece but I don’t want to delete the previous line partially because of the meme, but also cause of the time it took to write. Anyway, we know that Voldemort can breach people’s mind and do the creepy whispering and make a bunch of girls scream😂. But Vader has driven people insane by delving into their mind with the force and instilling so much fear or by simply bending their mental state.
If we’re talking pure movies then vader has more of a difficult time, but I still think he wins that.😅

@@1mminent Avada kadavra doesn't have to touch skin infact it destroys the persons soul. Truthfully Voldemort wins due to Immortality and the fact he has way more hax, infact the first time he was killed it was because he killed himself with his own power, he can't be killed by anything while his Horcruxes exist. Well almost not anything, if he ever fought Accelerator it would be a slaughter, Accelerator could reflect Avada Kadavra and destroy his Horcruxes in an instant with imaginary vectors.

@@user-gl8we4mw9ethe killing curse cannot be blocked by magic. It can be intercepted and deflected by objects, but you need incredible speed and reflexes to do that. The force, while mystical, is magic in this case and isn’t a sure thing to block it

Harry Potter and starwars are my 2 favorite franchises by far. I know a lot about them.
This is probably the most realistic out come, but I think Vader could destroy Voldemort without even thinking about touching his lightsaber.
Vader could use the force to literally reflect all of voldemorts attacks. He could use the force to kill Voldemort entirely, no coming back from the dead. This is because the force will prevent that. And if Voldemort does come back. Vader would feel Voldemort’s presence. On the way to the planet of Coruscant, Vader would make a quick pit stop and crush Voldemort in a few seconds and leave
I agree that Vader would most likely win but Voldemort would definitely put up a fight, Voldemort has levitation and mind control. If Voldemort was able to use Avada Kadavra on Vader’s skin he would surely die, but since Vader has armour it would take 2 hits. Although Vader could use the force to crush voldemorts wand if he is able to catch him before he levitates
@@oppro1955 there is literally a 0% chance Voldemort could land a single hit, he could just block it with his lightsaber or use the force. And Voldemort has no shot at controlling Vader’s mind, all force users have a strong mind, and Vader can use the force to repel anything Voldemort tries to do. Also he can just tear apart hogwarts and throw the stones and Voldemort using the force, or bring him close using the force and kill him. The only thing Voldemort can do, is hide.

The curse can't be blocked by spells or by a lightsaber, The only way you can protect yourself against it is to move a object in front of you but no one can act that fast to successfully achieve it.
