Nadine, you're the first blogger whose advices work every time for me! Hi Nadine ! Savers do lovely neutral coloured micro fibre cloths for the face. They are just 99p for 3, and come with 2 nude and 1 white. I had the same pink flannel problem! Thanks for the video ❤️
Hi my favourite cleansers and toners are liz earl and also all my body care is liz earl I have used all these products for fifteen years it’s a botanical company and I really enjoy all these products , and truly enjoy , but I also use a Clarisonic twice a week but I use a sensitive brush head , my skin has really improved ! I use micellar water to remove all my makeup using a micro fibre cloth before I use liz earl .my expensive cleansers are always a second cleanse . But I use a complex of serum and moisture care evenings, mornings ,has a different sequence of skin care being mature my skin is looking really good and really happy with my products . Before I apply my primers and foundation but yes really happy after doing my research, and trying different products over the past year , I have settled on my regime ! Enjoy as much as I have !
Wonder cloth is fantastic for removing makeup/cleanser and getting an incredibly effective gentle exfoliation at the same time. The site I bought from says they are made of “a combination of Japanese plant pulp and 100% cotton,” they are different from a closed loop microfiber ... they feel like nothing else and work so well! Some people use them without a cleanser, but I think that promotes too much tugging around the eyes; I use the Cerave hydrating cleanser and then remove it with the cloth. It’s quick and gentle, but my skin is clean and well exfoliated. I stopped using a Clarisonic, stopped using jojoba beads, and I have no interest in going back to a standard washcloth (flannel) or even a traditional microfiber. They are easy to find online at about $6-$8 for a pack of 3. Love! 😊
Thank you gorgeous! I am much more confident since listening to your advice and creating a skin care routine that works for me. You are my go to skin guru. Stay safe. xx
I just got my microfiber cloths from Beauty Pie and LOVE them!! You were spot on with how much better they are at getting all the makeup off. I only wish I had followed your advice sooner. I have very sensitive eyes and getting all that tightline and mascara off is imperative. These are amazing!
Nadine my heart jumped when you said that you may have had cov19. Please stay safe I concur with all of your advice. Truly you know what your talking about. Thank you.

My skin has never looked better ♥️
A very good and cheap cream , cheaper than Cerave is Dear Klairs all over lotion, 250ml for 25 pounds. Fragrance free and it has all the skin needs. It is fantastic.
Just to mention that the hada labo hyaluronic acid is still at third off in Superdrug so it might be worth getting yours from there if you're in the market for one at the moment.
Love your clear practical advice 😊 I watch all your videos even when the info doesn’t really apply to me at the time, it may in the future. Case in point was your video about perioral dermatitis. I have never suffered from this until recently when I started to notice a dry red rash/ pimple looking development on my chin. After trying a few things that did not work- I remembered your video, watched it again, followed your recommendations and the dermatitis is almost gone. Thank you 🙏 Nadine 😘😘
Thank you thank you thank you !!! I just adore your videos and you advise !!! Can’t wait for the next video too. Now I can follow an easy routine and know I have all the steps covered😊😊
Love microfiber cloths I have found white ones in B&M I’m a beauty therapist & have bought loads so they can be washed on a 60 after each client no sponges used. Japanfusion my fav cleanser 💝
Absolutely love your video's! Thank you.....I am alway checking the products that you recommend, if they are available in NZ, some aren't. So am learning to look at ingredient lists!!! Cheers!!!!
Oh, Nadine. I absolute love your cleanser choices (and you! You're the best of the best), but I can never be converted to cloth cleansing, even if ALL my favourite ladies are die-hard believers. I just cannot--cannot! It's too rough for my skin. Microfibre is physical to the point of starting to tear at the thinner parts of my complexion. I could maybe use a muslin. Maybe. I have admittedly considered hospital skin cleansing cloths on a tip from a fellow Aussie, as these are safe for even the most fragile skin (and come in huge boxes of 100). But I'm really not sure there's a point for me. I double cleanse with an emulsifying oil or balm cleanser, then follow up with a gel or foam cleanser, although I also love that Fresh Soy Cleanser. (By foam, I mean a la Lab Muffin's preference. Non-SLS and multiple humectants, preferably with self-foaming dispenser or else foamed up using a Japanese cloth, as it's barrier-damaging to foam up a cleanser directly on the skin.) However, I'm usually only wearing SPF these days, which I understand makes a difference in the amount of cleansing action I require. I do wear make-up at least once a week--sometimes twice--and find that double-cleansing removes it all just fine, even if I go the whole hog with foundation and mascara. No stains on cotton if swiped with essence or exfoliant afterwards. (I follow the 60-second rule for cleansing and work the oil-based cleanser especially thoroughly. The re-formulated Banila Co Clean it Zero is extremely effective in particular, but anyone limited to high street and a very strict budget may wish to try the new unscented release of Pond's classic cold cream.) I then use a silicone cleansing brush (PMD) on the lowest setting 1-2 times p/w, usually when I do choose to wear some form of make-up. But I accept that cloth cleansing works for most folks and will improve their skin. Damage to my right cheek from a bout of folliculitis years ago may be visually almost undetectable after extensive work, but I can certainly feel the scar tissue and how much thinner it is than the rest of my face (which does hold up to cloth cleansing so much better). Also, I confess that the Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser is SO good. I'm massively jealous of all your UK highstreet goodies, and I try to pick them up any time I'm transiting or visiting the UK (I'm usually either in Australia or Sweden). Another observation: cloth cleansing is extremely cultural. It's a completely foreign concept to Swedes, who barely keep flannels in the house (and Americans are particularly resistant, too, since they all cleanse in the shower for some reason). I believe the propensity of UK folks for cloth cleansing is, much like Australians, borne from being primarily basin face washers. Anyway, for me, cloth cleansing has become one of the great cultural divides of skincare. There's a few, but this is among the most amusing. In the end, I accept it as part and parcel to British skincare and recommend it to anyone I know who's English, but I would never bother recommending it to my Scandinavian friends. And I'm afraid that I just can't convert myself!
Such an enjoyable comment. Thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts :) I agree about the cloth situation; never heard of it until seeing British videos. I used a brush for my face before, also sometimes a silk loofah. Nowadays, I sometimes use a thin towel I got from Ikea and it works just fine. I too, even though not American, like to cleanse in the shower, because it is much easier and doesn't make a mess around the vanity/bathroom counters 😊
I agree! There is no need to be "horrified" that someone with makeup cleanses their face without a cloth. Millions of people do it. I found microfibre was disruptive to my skin as well.
You may not be aware but the microfibre cloths she uses are soft like a teddy bear, I thought she meant the ones you get at the supermarket which you use on everything (I tried them and they are totally too rough). She doesnt, the Primark ones she raves about honestly feel like a fluffy teddy - I can't imagine any skin finding them too harsh (I have sensitive skin). When I first tried the ones she is talking about I was like " OHHhhhhhh, I get it now" - they're so nice, It's like washing your face with a bunny rabbit! So so soft... so soft I'm going to get some for my baby instead of flannels. Just thought you might have done what I did n assumed its the microfibre ones you use to wipe surfaces etc... x
@@elmira3001 I used the fluffy teddy type myself. Feels beautiful but they damaged my barrier function over time. My point is, everything doesn't work for all people. Nadine is mandating the use of a cloth.
Thank you for bringing a down to earth approach and explanation of product use. I have checked out some of the CeraVe products to give them a go. I also have liked using Neutrogena products recently especially their cleansers and fall into what I am able to spend on products, especially when on sale.
Nadine thanks once again super video love all the info i have got my family sending parcels from uk as cannot order from boots of superdrug to belgium hope they see the different me face when i get to visit again 👱♀️👏😁
This was great. I love the Your Good Skin and Ceravi cleansers they are always part of my routine now after you suggested them in the past. I’ve just ordered the Hada Labo - 30% off currently at Superdrug!
Just a warning about the Cerave cleanser. I tried it after one of your recommendations and was left with blepharitis for 12 months. I don't wear much makeup, but found it just doesn't remove mascara, so be careful. I also found the same with Cetaphil. I think they are fine for a wash in the morning, but not to remove makeup, in my opinion.
Love this Nadine. I’ve been using Your Good Skin hot cloth cleanser and microfiber washcloths every night for the past year based on your recommendation and they are game changers! I’m a big fan of the vitamin C serums from L’Oreal and CeraVe.
@@PenguinDownload Mineral Oil is not bad, any dermatologist will tell you. It is a non irritating good cleanser to suspend SPF, makeup and excess oil of the skin at an affordable price. But everyone has there own preferences, each to their own :)

What about a video on 'save and splurge'... advise on which categories you can save on by choosing cheaper brands and where to invest. Maybe some high end dupes or some supermarket skincare best buys
Have just started, on your recommendation, using the Hada Labo No 1 Lotion and Gel Moisturiser AND stocked up on extra whilst it’s on offer in Superdrug! Loving it!
Hi Nadine.... Love watching all your videos and your knowledge on beauty is astounding and spot on. Literally all my beauty products I currently use are ones which you have recommended. So I recently purchased the Heliocare SPF 50 gel in bronze (the darkest shade available) as you stated this was for people darker than you. I’m of Pakistani origin with brown skin and I was disappointed to see that it left a white cast on my face. Fabulous texture etc... but I am at my wits end as to what SPF 50 I should be using on my skin that isn’t tacky or sticky and can be worn under makeup and don’t leave an ashy look! 🥴 Could you please suggest a few that would fit that criteria. Thank you very much and have a fab Sunday. 💜
Hi Nadine! Big fan of yours and the BP face cloths, even better than the Primark ones. Also I feel like Japanfusion with the BP cloth is the absolute best to remove makeup, I follow with the Inkey list Salycilic Acid cleanser and it's just a dream - have you tried it?
Hmm isn't Japanfusion a gel to oil to milk cleanser? I'd consider that quite different than the traditional rinse off gel and more in line with the balmy/oily ones? Maybe it's just me.
Hi Nadine, thank you for this! When you mentioned the Eucerin one is it Hyaluron-Filler serum? I have a sample and the second ingredient is Alcohol denat . Is that ok?
Thank you for great content as always, tried most of the products and use Cerave as u say as shower gel as well as face wash. Was wondering if you can make a video about scalp scrubs, there are a few of them on a market atm from basic salt ones to acid ones, just wondering if its worth trying for my oily scalp and which one to go to. Thanks
Hello Nadine, I would like to know if I can continue to use cream in a jar that it states once open you have 1 months to use but it also have an expired date stating 2021. Should I use it or bin it? Thank you so much and keep up with the an amazing work.💋💋💋🍫
I always enjoy your content and recommendations! I don't consider my skin to be sensitive, but unfortunately the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser leaves a "burning" sensation on my skin whenever I have tried it. I love the rest of the range, but there is just something in that cleanser that leaves my skin and red and sore. :( Just another opinion in case you are very sensitive and were thinking of trying it.
Loving the videos you have put up recently. I’m currently changing my routine as it’s dehydrated and dry from tret. (Loving the hada lotion following your video by the way it has transformed my skin 😍) just wondering though do you use niacinamide? X
Hi Nadine! Thank you so much for the informational videos...kindly keep them coming! Do you have a recommendation or favorite lip care with SPF that is available in the USA?
Thanks Nadine - will you include perfume free products for those of us with sensitive skin who don't want unnecessary scent? Too often products are containing essential oils etc and/or perfume which my skin hates!
Personal bugbear is cleansers that can’t be used on the eyes - what is the point of them?! Even if you wear very little make up, everyone I know wears mascara. Glad to see you don’t recommend separate eye makeup remover.
Ive bought loads of these from previous youtube from you and they are great. Ive just ordered the hada labo and vit e cleanser to try as im running out of the boots one which i love . You also got me onto the microfibre cloths which are amazing
Please recommend a face washcloth for suuuuuper sensitive skin!! I get super red, breakouts and burning when I use a cloth ! Are bamboo the best ?? Baby cloths ? Thank you nadine !!! Rana
I got some bamboo clothes from Amzon, 6 for £7.95. Soft as you like, sustainable and dry quickly. Called Immaculate Textiles- premium bamboo face cloths
I can suggest a few, which I think Nadine or Caroline Hirons would approve of: - The Ordinary Squalane cleanser - First Aid Beauty face cleanser - Paula's Choice softening cream cleanser - Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser
Hiya, if you have oily, shiny skin what moisturiser would you advise to use or would you use a matt moisturiser? And which one matt moisturiser would you advise to use.
Hi Nadine can I ask is toner not essential anymore I have cleansed toned and moisturised since I was 16, adding antioxidants spfs acids and retinols as I got older but I still use toner, I never hear you talk about toner is it now a step I can omit?
Nadine, I just can’t see the point of paying exorbitant prices for hylauronic acid. As long as it’s a multi molecular weight I’ll purchase from any brand. I love my Hada Labo by the way 😊
Hi Nadine, I would like to incorporate a cream cleanser in my routine but I can’t get my hands on Boots or Superdrug in the Netherlands. Can you recommend another good option? Thanks!
Niacinamide is an antioxidant as it is vitamin b3. I like the 10% niacinamide from the inkey list as it doesn't have the zinc (which is better for an oily complexion). I too have mild type one rosacea, but I also have eczema. As with anything please patch test first. I find L ascorbic acid very irritating whereas niacinamide helps with redness and helps the skin barrier too. hope that helps.
Hi Nadine, is it possible to turn off the fuzzy filter when showing the products, it’s very difficult to see what you are showing. This video was particularly fuzzy even at 720. 💋

Thankyou I wasn't looking forward to making a trip to Primark
Hi Nadine! Big fan of yours and the BP face cloths, even better than the Primark ones. Also I feel like Japanfusion with the BP cloth is the absolute best to remove makeup, I follow with the Inkey list Salycilic Acid cleanser and it's just a dream - have you tried it?
Obsessed 😍 such a guru!
Could you do a video or maybe you ha e on Elemis or maybe you have just general from start to finish skin care please x
Helpful! Thank you.
Loving the videos you have put up recently. I’m currently changing my routine as it’s dehydrated and dry from tret. (Loving the hada lotion following your video by the way it has transformed my skin 😍) just wondering though do you use niacinamide? X
This is brilliant 👏👏
Hello Nadine.
Thanks for all the great advice and tips. Do you or would you recommend supplements for welfare of skin, hair and nail?
So
Interesting - thanks xx
Is this what you do recommend to use each morning?
Not a skincare question but where is your chain link bracelet from. I am on the hunt! TIA
Personal bugbear is cleansers that can’t be used on the eyes - what is the point of them?! Even if you wear very little make up, everyone I know wears mascara. Glad to see you don’t recommend separate eye makeup remover.
I real love you ! Thank you 😘
Hi nadine , do you have to let each product dry before applying the next one when layering.
Ive bought loads of these from previous youtube from you and they are great. Ive just ordered the hada labo and vit e cleanser to try as im running out of the boots one which i love . You also got me onto the microfibre cloths which are amazing
Should the microfiber cloth be used for cleansing morning and evening? I have never used them before so all tips are greatly appreciated!!!
Fantastic, thank you x
Hia🤗😘😍
I like the Naturally Radiant Hot Cloth Cleanser from Superdrug, is cheaper than the one with Vit E
I too love the Naturally Radiant Cloth Cleanser. Have you tried any other product from the Naturally Radiant range?
My skin never good with hot cloth cleansers. Like gel cleansers. During perimenopause my skin is more sensitive.
Thanks for the video 🙂 Is Japanfusion really a morning/no makeup cleanser only? I’ve been using it on makeup in evening with cloth l....
Please recommend a face washcloth for suuuuuper sensitive skin!! I get super red, breakouts and burning when I use a cloth ! Are bamboo the best ?? Baby cloths ?

Rana

@@amberatartimec2564 wow thanks !! I'll check them out now
I was wondering what your thoughts were on Oil of Olay products?
Excellent thank you. You previously recommended (and I bought) AHC Aqualuronic moisture. At what stage is this used? After Vit C? Thank you. Mxx
Nadine have you had any perioral dermatitis flare ups as of late? If so do you still use your rosex or anything else??
What do people in the U.S. do without Superdrug or Boots. Any substitutions?
Hi Nadine, what are your thoughts on AMEA.? Thank you 💖
Hi, Nadine! Thank you for this video. Would you please help me and suggest a cream cleanser that I would be able to purchase in the USA?
I can suggest a few, which I think Nadine or Caroline Hirons would approve of:
- The Ordinary Squalane cleanser
- First Aid Beauty face cleanser
- Paula's Choice softening cream cleanser
- Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser
The good skin hot cloth cleanser is available at walgreens
Hiya, if you have oily, shiny skin what moisturiser would you advise to use or would you use a matt moisturiser? And which one matt moisturiser would you advise to use.
What do you think of the body shop face moisturisers. For example the vitamin c face cream with spf 30.
Hi Nadine can I ask is toner not essential anymore I have cleansed toned and moisturised since I was 16, adding antioxidants spfs acids and retinols as I got older but I still use toner, I never hear you talk about toner is it now a step I can omit?
I think I might have rosacea , could you please recommend a skin routine? Can I continue using glycolic acid by skinceuticals?
Nadine, I just can’t see the point of paying exorbitant prices for hylauronic acid. As long as it’s a multi molecular weight I’ll purchase from any brand. I love my Hada Labo by the way 😊
Can I use the ordinary hyaluronic acid, buffet & ascorbyl glucoside OR hyaluronic acid & ascorbyl glucoside in the morning?
Hi Nadine,
I would like to incorporate a cream cleanser in my routine but I can’t get my hands on Boots or Superdrug in the Netherlands. Can you recommend another good option? Thanks!
hi raq79. if you can get Paula's Choice in the Netherlands, she does some of the best cream cleansers.
Hi can you please recommend an antioxidant for sensitive , slight rosacea dry no acne skin please x
