I moved from a Onewheel GT to a Veteran Sherman. I've been riding for about a month now. Love the range and speed I get on it. Still love the onewheel for short commutes and tricks for sure.
You can’t go wrong with any of those wheels. V8 = great wheel to keep just to teach others. Bullet proof as Lando said and super easy to handle. V11 > Sherman > speciality wheel is definitely the way to progress. When I moved from my V11 to the Sherman, I didn’t miss the suspension at all. I ran it at 25 psi and it was like a suspension wheel. Just avoid the curbs or stairs. I just got a Sherman S, I have about 200 miles on it now. So far so good and I’m glad to have some suspension back in my life.
I have the same dilema - between Sherman MAX and S22PRO :D. Maybe I will chose Begode Extreme in the end :). BTW V8 is amazing wheel, it is so easy to do the tire change, or any change :). Inmotion told me that they reinforced the motor axle so V8S (or maybe V8F also) should be better in this manner.
I want to see the moment -- which I had -- where he says in a few weeks "wait, why do I own these OneWheels!?" Just kidding, I'm sure that never happens, thanks for the video, went through an experience like this with a OW buddy this week. He was like, "I'm beginning to see your point." New rider needs full-face helmet and knee pads, of course. "Only minimal injuries on the Sherman"... another thing that's different. On the OW, you always hit the pavement. "Trust in the process." "Just trust in the Chinese manufacturer" is brilliant and such the story for EUC. You (Lando) are handy and willing/able to repair your wheel, but for most people, a single maker like OneWheel would be nice. I've said this on Reddit and got a lot of hate: freedom! Anyway, fun video, thanks for sharing.
Good job both of you, love the video and Mike did a tremendous job. I come from a onewheel background too and I just can't look back now, these things are magical and each of them has their own personality. 🤙❤🚀
Sweet series and great overview of each wheel. Been riding Onewheels for about two years myself, and just ordered a v12HT this week. Super excited but also a bit nervous to learn, watching Mike excel has helped ease my nervousness. Thanks guys!
I got to try the S22 Pro last weekend for about 30 km and I absolutly love the ride feeling. I come from a 18XL and I thought the S22 (Pro) would be my next wheel, but with the sliders it is so high maintenance and I don't enjoy working on my wheel. So the Patton it is. Arriving in two days, I hope it is just as fun as the S22 is. I've let a lot of people ride my wheel and pretty much everyone was able to do it after 15 minutes of training, so I actually don't think it is that difficult. The biggest problem here in Germany is that the first time you meet the police, who are actually everywhere here, even on dirt roads in the middle of nowhere, you lose a gross monthly wage. The second time two, the third time three and at some point (or if you can't pay) it goes straight to prison for a several months.
DONT RIDE AN EUC!!! You’ll sell that child’s toy one wheel…then spend more money….to get so so much more. Safety. Range. Speed.Comfort. Etc. EUC RIDE ON
Oh, yeah… I see now. The lack of pads adds to the suspense because we’re all waiting for blood. ❤. Safety third. 😂 Brutally subversive. This video needs to go viral. 😮
Anyone else notice these things are also an old lady magnet? I get questioned four to one by old women compared to men not even the one wheel got that much attention from women 😆
Mike did so well, especially for not riding a wheel for year. I think I would have to relearn how to ride if I waited that long.
Great video! Just wish you also had a V12 HT for him to compare.
I love that the first video is still fresh in my head

Thanks for respecting quality microphones used properly!
Good audio is always key!
IT'S NOT A BOARD!!! 😂 funny

He advanced quickly. Well done.

Thanks for watching. Have fun!
Lando your mate is a natural, sherman the dream wheel
I am pretty good aren't I... I mean him! He's pretty good! Haha.
Of all the riders in Canada you definitely make the best videos.
Thank you for the kind words! It means a lot.
I want an EUC now - I've been Sherman dreaming... Maybe the next video incorporates a kickstarter to get a new wheel?! Think about it. K bye.
I think everyone should have a sherman
@@landocycle I agree.
The Sherman is such a classic, you won't regret it

That’s wild. Hopefully the change the laws soon.

Entertaining video
Entertaining and it’s interesting to see a beginner’s perspective on all these wheels. Btw did Mike sell his onewheel to switch to euc?
Soon!
@@landocycle great job converting him! :D
