Where did you get the knee pads and elbow pads?

For now I dodge both and deal with my Kymco 150 Scooter! I commend folks that deal with all the complexities of operating a motorcycle (clutch, throttle, brake pedal, gear pedal, etc.). With my Kycmco using a CVT all I have to worry about is a throttle and operating the brakes no different than handling bike brakes (just two levers on the handle bars)! The EUC...maybe one day I'll try one as it seems fun and I still won't have to worry about all the mechanical learning curve of a motorcycle!

I think death wobble could be caused by the knobby tires, I wonder if the street tire would be better

Guys, I'm an idiot! Somehow the rear valve stem sprung a leak before I recorded the final speed run, which slowed the bike considerably. After a new valve stem, I'm able to hit and sustain 100km/h! I've been riding it on the freeway ever since. Check my TH-cam short for more info.

Awesome video. I have a OG Sherman V3 and I've tried air pressures from 25 to 30 PSI with the stock knibby tire and I get tram lining. So tram lining is when you have a vertical Ridge like a dip or lines in the road like on a sidewalk that are parallel to your wheel and then they get sucked into it so it makes the wheel Dart into the dip. So I'm even when you're always carving it also still occurs. I don't really get this on my V10 which is a smaller and thinner tire. Do you get tram lining on your OG Sherman and on the Sherman S? Is there anything you can do to prevent it other than carving and changing tire pressure or changing the tire?

I enjoy both for different reasons, Motorcycle is convenient to get places in a city, (small bike like grom, TW200 cc yamaha) cheap to insure, no worries of legality, and as fast as you need in a city. Electric unicycle is about freedom, explore the bike paths, explore your city, be among people (safely) on the random trails around your city. Although my little tw200 dualsport is a great little bike, I cant take it on those kinda paths, I cant just stop wherever and enjoy the scenery, I cant be in among people on a path by the beach. Euc is more social, and inviting of more conversation from strangers.

Whys does yt and fb keep saying this thing is as light as a grocery trip upstairs? With the battery installed its gotta be 65 lbs. Better have strong calves if you live upstairs without an elevator

First one I've seen where someone has measured the grade. 16%. The cam mounted level showing 16% climb, it's rated for 20 something. Steeper than most people probably realize. I liked that.

Before i rode electric unicycles, my passion was motorcycles, now it has shifted toward EUC's, as i was not riding my 7000$ Versys 650 very often anymore, i decided to sell it and get something really cheap, Then i found maxi scooters, they are super cheap, reliable, comfortable and i use the HUGE underseat storage (60L) to put my Mten3, so i bring it at work every day and use it on my job breaks

Which one is on higher trim the Ultra or the mini pro se ?

This is the experience that most people who 'mod' their scooters will have, as they are just throwing parts willy-nilly at it. Everything on the engine is a compromise; on a 2-stroke engine the exhaust pipe design plays a huge part in where the engine powerband will be, but if you aren't using the correct CVT weights or springs you may never even get into that powerband. It just isn't worth it unless its an entire kit from a reputable tuner designed for the engine. The real solution to "I want my bike to be faster" is to buy a faster bike.

I noticed you didn't put in new valve springs after installing the Cam. Personally I put in high rpm valve springs that are better designed to cope with the extra lift and rpm. You may experience valve float at higher rpm, but worse than that I've read of peoples springs fatiguing and breaking after a while.

Driven a car for 30 years and 3 years ago got a V11 then Sherman S. Got so much motorcycle gear, helmet, jacket trousers, gloves - even an air bag vest it got me thinking that as there would be no gear costs I could go down the motorcycle route, especially when the prices are compared. I have 50k miles on my Grom and 10k on EUC I love my Lynx more but still love to wheelie my Grom 🤙🏽

I have huge scars on my right arm from when I had a motorbike, and now I have huge scars on my left arm from my EUC. So it's hard to decide which I like better, though they let me keep the titanium they put in my left arm, so that's a nice plus. 😂

I sold my motorcycle and gave up altogether the hobby when I discovered EUC. I don't have time for both.

I have had both a EUC and Motorcycle. It is no comparison. Like comparing a Bacon and egg Breakfast to a Ribeye Steak dinner. Both are fun EUC is way more fun and cooler. More people stop to talk to me, take pictures, record, and say EUC is cool 100 to 1 than they do on motorcycle.... No one drives by recording a motorcycle rider...many record EUC riders while they are driving their car Plus EUC don't burn gas, buy insurance nor get registered at DMV and I can take it inside the house, car and store...ride on-road or off road, sidewalks and bike paths/lanes. I do like the Motorcycle for trips, highways, comfort and getting somewhere quickly...Speed (Pewn) I will say we need better manufacturer of EUC like a Honda or Suzuki, a brand that is top quality. These Chinese brand are half-a$$, but sell at top dollar. EUC are overpriced for the specs they have The first brands to make a product are usually not the best and long lasting. Just look at car companies from the mid-late 1800's...by 1930 they were all out of business and newer brands like Ford ruled

Than you for the video! Do you like to go skiing or do you want to ride motorcycle? That would be more close to the point, there is nothing similar in the motorcycle and EUC hobby to me. I really dislike sitting on motocycle "sofa", to me it feels (almost) same as riding a car.

I love my EUC, and my partner loves her EScooter. They both are great for daily commutes in the summer. We also love being able to throw them in our car and go to a different city and then get out and explore both roads and pathways. Next step is to get a van or RV and then have the PEVs as secondary vehicles.

Here in the UK if you get caught riding an euc it's really bad, They will do you for driving with no insurance e , untaxed vehicle , vehicle with no MOT, unregistered vehicle, they will confiscate euc, you will get points on driving licence probably banned from driving for a while and then when you do get licence back your insurance on your car etc will be sky high because you have to declare everything ... For that reason alone I won't ride one. Add to that the potential for serious injuries if the thing fails at any decent speed and it's a double no.. Motorbikes are cool as long as you ride safe and defensive like but still a lot of really bad drivers here in UK who will kill you anyway lol. My answer is ebikes and stay off road away from cars and police, and have a car for longer journeys and real shopping trips etc. Ideally I'd have an euc though tbh if they were reliable and legal and wear full motorcycle gear. I still want a motorcycle again though too...

I love my EUCs, but it’s definitely opened me up to buying a motorcycle. If I really wanted to replace a car and go fast and far, I’d buy a motorcycle. For getting around my neighborhood at 30-35 mph max, the EUC can be nice, but technically, faster than 25 is illegal and if I was regularly out on main roads going 45+ it would be a matter of time before I’d get the wheel confiscated. I’ve never spent anywhere near $4,000 money on a PEV. I support making some of these faster PEVs legal, but I do think you take on more responsibility the faster you go, and that very well may mean losing access to bike paths if you’re on a 40+ mph PEV.

I sold my old V8 and used some of that money to buy a 50cc scooter just this month. Love EUC, but I moved out of the city and need better range to do useful things.

i m pretty sure i didnt get my "residuals" for this!!😂.....like the pipe on ur CB....i used to ride mojo's and stopped after getting into euc and in the past year(or so) i have been debating getting a <400cc mojo or scooter(like burgman or xmax, or majesty)....nice vid, AGAIN!

I love the idea of more power and more wheels, but I won't ride anything else than electric.
