Honestly I could watch you for hours your videos are so phenomenal! And so interesting and inspiring! Most of the books you read sound so interesting! And it’s rare that I watch a booktuber who reads so many books I’m interested in even if it’s something I’ve never heard of before!
Look at this absolute fucking machine cranking out content while sick! We appreciate the effort, but remember to take care of yourself first and foremost. Burnout is a real thing, my guy.
I shrieked with joy when I read 11/22/63 and got to the IT crossover chapter. The former ended up joining the latter as my two favorite King novels of all time.
No joke. I was sick this week and felt like getting some reading done as well. Hope you are feeling better. I picked up 11/22/63 a couple of months back and I look forward to reading it. Going to read Fairy Tale next. I can't wait. Cheers everyone!
I can't tell you how MUCH FUN it is to watch you read 11/22/63! It is one of my favorite books of all time. And it was my first Stephen King novel. I avoided him because I thought he did only horror, and horror is not my thing. Boy, was I wrong! I predict 11/22/63 will be near the top for you! I plan on reading "The Stand" and "Fairy Tale" next, both of which I own. I recently subscribed for many reasons, but what clinched it was your "Convince Me to Read Your Favorite Book" video-bonus that it was filmed close to where I live! Hope you feel better soon. I'm a middle-aged female fan of both you and Ashlynn. Thanks for bringing joy to Booktube!
I started reading King with the Stand in sixth grade and haven't stopped since. i love his bigger books the most and 11/22/63 is one of the best. During the pandemmie, I started reading all of his books in publication order and just finished You Like It Darker. Time to reread some of his stuff again.
yes! been waiting for you to read 11/22/63 for months now, and finally it's here. can't wait to see you finish it and hear about your thoughts. get well soon!
I’m sick currently and I’ve been listening to The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan, narrated by Rosamund Pike and she does one of the best narrations I’ve ever heard.
You talking about 'running into' characters from IT in 11/22/63 made me think of Paul Tremblay's Disappearance at Devil's Rock and Survivor Song. Idk if those are really up your alley (Tremblay's work can be a bit love it or hate it), but they have a similar situation with recurring characters, and I didn't know that when I read them, and I enjoyed it so much! I read Survivor Song first, and then Disappearance at Devil's Rock it took me quite a while to put two and two together, haha, but when I realized it, I was so much more invested. So anyway, maybe you'd enjoy those as well. Hope you're feeling better, and if not, you'll feel better soon!
I read "It" by Stephen King last year and I loved the characters. I loved everything but It himself. I thought the book was beautifully written and could have been a second "Stand by me" if it wasn't for the clown. Ben is my favorite character. The funny thing is when I was a kid my mom read "It" and I found my copy of the book at a used book store and it's same edition and cover my mom had years ago. I had to tape the cover back together because the cover of the book was ripping off. The book is old.
I'm so glad you're reading 11/22/63, it's my favourite book of all time and has been since I read it like six years ago now! It's amazing enjoy reading the rest of it :)
I just finished Final Girls the other day and I also enjoyed it. I loved how Sager jumped right into the story and never let it fall. This was only my second book by him to read and I am looking forward to reading more for sure. The first I read was Home Before Dark. I would like to read more so what would you recommend I read next? I love watching you and your wife's channels and love your enthusiasm and love for each other and your viewers 💕 Because of you two, I have also read Red Rising and will continue with that series also. Keep up the great content.
I just started Game of Thrones, and wow! That prologue will make me see draugr way differently next time I play Skyrim. (Only read the prologue, so no spoilers)
Omg!! I was wondering when you were going to that book. “It” is my favorite bc of the vibe, friendship, music . And then reading 11-22-63, became my next favorite. I love how he brings beloved characters back into his books. I hope you’re feeling better and can’t wait for your next vlog❤❤
I’ve been putting off watching this because i was so nervous about your reaction to 11/22/63. It’s my all time favourite and I’m not sure i could’ve handled you not loving it
I hope you feel better soon. It is no fun being sick, as you are finding out. And I finally did it, I picked up The Shadow of What was Lost by James Islington. I could not keep away from it. I hope to get to it soon. Lots of love to you and Ashlynn.
I'm so super happy you're finally picking up 11/22/63!!! I always see it on your shelf and keep saying to myself, 'come on read it! pick it up!!.' lol. I read that book in February this year, rated it 6 stars and it is hands down my favorite book I've ever read. I think about those characters so often. It was also my first Stephan King book. I have not read IT yet but it's on my tbr for this year, but I do know the story so when I read that George was going to Derry and I was able to match up things that happened in IT to what was being told in this book, oh boy, I got so excited. I can't wait to hear your thoughts about it in your wrap up!
Hoping you get better soon, I got sick earlier this month and I also took advantage of my extra free time by reading! Thank you for inspiring me to start my own book tube channel :)
I was SOOOO hyped when Jake met Bev and Richie in 11.22.63! Absolutely incredible book (as is IT!). I read IT back in 2018 and *really* feel like I need to reread it! I only read 11.22.63 last year, so I can probably hold off on that for a bit... I am also very ill and off work, so I'm planning on starting The Eyes of the Dragon tonight! I hope you're feeling better now and enjoyed the rest of 11.22.63 :))
I sell books online through a livestream app..... anyways, I told everyone about the Derry connection between the 2 King books and they were blown away and a bunch said they were making it a priority to read them..... so thanks to you, I looked cool tonight:)
Love your videos, been watching for a few months and just keep re-watching all your videos. I love Stephen King novels and when watching tier-listing videos and reading vlogs I found this channel. Hope you feel better! 11/22/63 is one of my favourite Stephen King novels along with Mr mercedes.
Bro I have also been sick this week with the dumb virus 🙄🙄. But I had decided to listen to an audiobook and it was soo good bc I just couldn't always watch a screen. So I understand your pain and your excitement in reading this week. Feel better soon
On my way to Hay Book Festival and watching your video in a hut at the half way point on my drive there. Thanks for getting me into the book / reading mood!
11/22/63 and It are both so awesome! I need to reread both 😊 I agree that SK writes some epic lengthy books but they are fast paced and unputdownable! 🤡
Hope you feel better soon!! I have also been sick as of late and was watching and reading along with you. This is also random but sense I have seen we have simalar reading taste I finally have stopped putting of reading lord of the rings.Thank you for all the amazing content it always make my days brighter
I’m sorry you have been sick, but happy to hear you had time to start 11/22/63. Honestly don’t know if I ever read a King novel that I didn’t like. Get well. Finish both books.
Final Girls was a quick, compelling read, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped. I'm looking forward to reading 11/22/63 soon, I watched the HULU series already, and it was awesome. I've read over 25 Stephen King books (including the Gunslinger books), and he's one of my favorite authors as well 😀! You have a good point. I totally need to read IT first, though 🤔
I got about 500ish pages into IT and soft DNFed it. It was so boring. So far the only King book I've read that I wasn't enthralled with. I still have so much more of his stuff to read too! I wanted to like IT so much. I may have to try it again at some point.
This video makes me want to reread IT and 11/22/63, but I still have other King books that I haven't read yet. What's your favorite short story collection from King?
You are in my prayers! Hope you feel better speedy quick! I had to soft DNF "The Boys In The Boat" by Daniel James Brown. As much as I love history & autobiographies. I'm feeling in the mood to start summer with some mystery thriller books. I currently need a good fast paced read.
you’ve convinced me to pick up my copy of 11/22/63. mine is just sitting in my tbr cart and my mind has told me to pick it up and read it but my mind has also been like self sabotaging me saying no it’s to big of a book. but i REALLY wanna read it now

Hope you're on the mend
Yessssss! 11/22/63 let’s goo, I’m so glad you’re reading it! Feel better soon!
Look at this absolute fucking machine cranking out content while sick! We appreciate the effort, but remember to take care of yourself first and foremost. Burnout is a real thing, my guy.
I’m currently reading 11/22/63 and my reaction to the 1958 part in Derry was exactly the same! 😂
11/22/63 my second fav book of alllll time!!!!!!!
I've been reading 11/22/63 very slowly over the last year. I really love it and honestly don't want it to end so i keep stretching it out
11/22/63 was the first Stephen king book I read. I’m now 12 books in and thoroughly enjoying myself
I shrieked with joy when I read 11/22/63 and got to the IT crossover chapter. The former ended up joining the latter as my two favorite King novels of all time.
I couldn’t agree more! That scene made me actually squeal out loud.
Such a dope throwback.
Yes it was a nice surprise. I was a little shocked tbh, but it was very well done.
No joke. I was sick this week and felt like getting some reading done as well. Hope you are feeling better. I picked up 11/22/63 a couple of months back and I look forward to reading it. Going to read Fairy Tale next. I can't wait. Cheers everyone!
YES!!! Just finished reading 11/22/63 and loved it. For sure my top 3 books I've read of all time.
11/22/63 is my all time favorite. Sooo good. And, no spoiler, ends well, which SK doesn't always nail.
Being sick sucks! Feels better soon! Last few times I was sick I could not even read I just slept lol.
