The island at 13:45 is Mindoro, with some smaller islands. There is among other things Sabang which is a gateway to Mindoro from Batangas via ferry. I have no idea what kind of place it is, never been there :-).
Iloilo definitely needs a direct flight to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific and Seoul-Incheon Korean Air so that you can actually avoid MNL back to Toronto Los Angeles New York JFK Newark San Francisco and Vancouver British Columbia.
If starts with 1 its PAL If starts with 2 its PAL Express Last week I had a flight to Cebu. The day before my flight, PAL cancelled it. Then the said flight changed its operator with is PAL Express So domestic flights can be operated by either PR or 2P.
PAL's domestic flights are those flight numbers starting with 1 in Cebu, Davao and Puerto Princesa and 4 for General Santos. The rest are operated by PAL Express. I've worked for them before. 😊

Legroom is heaps better than Air Asia though.

Was this flight a Philippine Airlines or PAL express flight?its not clear,because some of their domestic routes are operated by PAL express.
del monte I think it might be operated PAL express although they gave two flight numbers for this flight. One starts with a PR another is 2P.

PAL Express, you can see Operated by Air Phil Corp near the cockpit window.
