2-nuts( soaked ,2-3walnuts &7-8almonds, per day )
3-green tea( only 2-3 cups a day)
4-garlic(2-3 raw garlic empty stomach chew )

I have acidity problem, so any kind of dal is not suitable. Though love dal items. I have realized that even after adding garlic and hing in the dal, I will be able to consume little only for lunch. If I take the same dal / grams in the dinner, then it gives trouble to me.
