I have a hard one because i Downloaded the 11.02 and the next day my console drop the SU Error Code and have No Connection to the Internet He gets the data from my Router but can Not Connect to the PSN or Something so i must save all my Data in a Stick and delete the ps4 completely and wait for an Software Update
and i have tried all Nothing works to get it fixed
I found a way to make it work. I think the problem is that the new patch checks if the console is working properly. if your ps4 have a problem reading disc, that’s gonna make that error show up. The first thing I did is check if there’s no disc inside the console. Then before install the patch put one disc and cheek if the console it’s reading it. Then proceed to install the patch and that’s it. I don’t know if it’s coincidence or whatever but that’s worked for me.

My PS4 doesn't read discs anymore and so far no solution has worked to get the install to work. Do you think I have to fix the disc drive so I can get the install to work??? I am very frustrated by this issue, I can still use a ton of other programs even though It can't read a disc.....

There is a solution, the cable that is connected to the disc reader is not properly inside, I promise you.

It’s the f6202 fuse they’re known to go out I just re solder it and it was back to normal updated the 11.02 with no error code or problems I think the update does a system check to make sure everything is in working order
Did you bypass the fuse, Just used solder to bridge the leads!
I was updating my ps4 then the error code showed, the remote won't work, it is stuck in the screen. it can't be the hard drive as it won't work for some reason. is there a way to fix it?

Put the switch off the hold the ps button till you here to beeps and it will take you into safe mode

I might have waited for a while or I unplugged it then waited for a while before plugging it back in
: Turn off and unplug your console. Turn off the router/modem, wait at least 5 minutes, and then turn the router/modem back on. Plug the console back in and turn it back on. Select Notifications from the PS4™ console function area, highlight the update file, press the OPTIONS button, and select Delete. Select Settings > System software update.

Mine starts off in safe mode when i switched it on yesterday and main screen which is blue and options don't show up. It doesn't give me 7 options but says i must upgrade to 11.02

I’m the same iv tried all these steps none have worked i even bought a usb and downloaded the shittin update onto it and it still didn’t work I’m stuck in safe mode forever this is Sony’s way of making everyone upgrade to a ps5 by making the 11.02 update virtually impossible to download on old ps4 systems which is honestly making me so mad and if I have to buy a new console it will be an Xbox such a snake move by sony pretty sure they did the same with the ps3 they can go f themselves

BUT I COULD NOT GET INTO THE SAFE MODE
Re out it in age mode and all the options will show up again I was stuck in safe mode too and put it back in safe mode while it was stuck in safe mode to get all the options back

Beside the PS5 is highly overrated it may have greater graphics and speed but Sonys BS business practices are terrible and its not worth getting a PS5 right now. Sony's Greed seems to know no bounds and their taking things/features away that they should never have. Their now just like every other company you can't trust them. It's called planned Obsolescence their gonna make your console stop working properly(under the guise of an update) to force you buy the new console (PS5 PRO) for their money grubbing Greed and make it so that they can control everything you do, hell Sony gave me a notification about all the data they collected on me for the whole year and how many games I played this year and which ones and how many hrs spent on each and the total play etc (when I don't even play games online at all everything is offline single player,I only stay signed in for the trophies.) I may like cool stats about games and such but I do not like Sony being the ones that have that data I don't care how cool they fluff it up,its wrong for them to monitor what games your playing and when your playing them and when your using an app instead it's so intrusive and everyone's letting them get away with it and Sony wants all people to feel insignificant & destroy your Will to fight back so that they wont have any resistance to deal witj and for that reason they will own you and control your life. Just another Shtty corrupted corporation like the rest of them.

At the end of the day ps can do Wutever they want in terms of monitoring you because it is their ps, they created you bought their products they have every right to “ monitor” your gameplay. Idk why you see such a big issue with it. Throw/sell their products if you don’t agree with them I’m sure they won’t care if one person doesn’t agree with there supposed “wrong doings” 🙄🙄😂
