Thanks for watching. I use 1/8 oz jig heads on the flats, but will go higher in deeper water. My favorite months are May through November. This year has been crazy though, I caught some really nice fish starting in January this year, and it slacked off in May. Higher water temperatures have messed the normal patterns. I expect it will pick up again soon.

Thanks Ron, no Spanish is most often caught near the surface, but I have caught a few as far down as 50 feet while fishing in the Pass.
