Fun fact, the guy that was caught waving his middle finger after ramming into a girl and her mom while drunk was presided by one Francesca Levett. Keep in mind the guy was on his THIRD CONVICTION!!!!!! And he got a suspended sentence BASED ENTIRELY ON "REMORSE." The same woman also allowed a full on assault of a woman in front of her children to go unpunished.

There was one that made me obscenely angry recently where the principal to an elementary school decided that the best way to deal with one of her students criticizing her leadership was to fake evidence of him threatening her, having some braindead cop come in, arrest the crying child, and throw him in ACTUAL SOLITARY CONFINEMENT FOR THREE FUCKING DAYS.

I'm pretty sure that firing an employee for having a child is illegal, and the guy can easily sue him and win. there are a ton of organizations that would love to rip this guy a new asshole so getting a lawyer from one of them shouldn't be a problem. now call THAT compounding your failures
