Jerry schwab is no longer CEO. He began money hungry. Look up his salary and his wife's. He hired his friends into executive positions with no experience except going to high watch with him . I love how he gets these famous people to come to HW .I'm sure they get paid thousands of dollars. Then on his non profit tax returns puts 250,000 as a loss for fund raising.
His wife is great. Jerry is an egotistical man. I have been there a few times. No insurance. 27,000 a month! What for! They brainwash you that this is best and only rehab to get u sober. Most groups were run by recovered alcoholics with no credentials. You only see ur therapist 2x a week for a half an hour. The founders of High Watch, I'm sure are turning in their grave.
I'm sure the cost now is 30,000 a month.
I've heard a lot of rumors why he and his wife got fired. But nothing on line. He is a phony

Guy is a total clown. He tried and failed to sue the Town of Kent, and waisted tens of thousands of dollars that should have been re-invested into the organization. He has a history of running companies into the ground, just look at his previous employer, so the best thing that High Watch ever did was can him and his wife. I can only imagine the amount of money he syphoned away from patient care so he could live a lavish lifestyle, like his last trip to burning man. This guy and his crew are grifters that will put there own delusional needs before anyone else, which is fine, my issue is that he's using vulnerable people in need to further his goals.
