Hello sir there is huge problem the shokz openrun is not pairing after i unpair the connection it doesn't show the bluethooth pair after I unpair any ideas for this problem

after turning them on, if I hold + button for 5 sec it just turns it off… what am I supposed to do ?

Have u figured this out my parent connected it to there phones but I can't get it to work for mine bruh

I had trouble too. Finally got it! I started with mine off, then held the power button down for a full 10 seconds. (After 5 seconds it will say power on, but but keep on holding it down. it will then say pairing.) Atleast this worked for me, hope it work for you too.

WHEN turning your EP on , keep your finger on the volume + button til you see the flash.

Very good, but how do you press on the on and off while it’s on your head press it to get to call a person without looking at your phone it worked for me and now it doesn’t anymore

Just wasted my time and money buying the non ble tooth version . Wish the guy (idiot) gave me the one I wanted. I asked for the ble version and got the mod player. In 2024 why can everything not just be ble?
